The automated phone system is a joke and waste of time. They will hound you with all these questions and in the end tell you there aren’t any appointments available in a reasonable time, when if you’re calling like I did , you are in excruciating pain. False information in description for offering immediate service.

My partner was in pain yesterday so I finally decided I was just going to find an appointment for them rather than keep waiting, they got us in to see the dentist today.

Complete lie not only in the google search results where it states that they do emergency services but so does the website and the automated phone system that says they do after hours emergency dental service. Because they DON’T. I called and I told them that I have a tooth that is impacted that chipped off and the sharp edges that is not broken off or under the gum line is stabbing the gums and causing pain.The representatives response— well yes I know that we offer that on the website and when you first call. But there’s no openings before closing and also no openings until next week.I ask then what about THE EMERGENCY AFTER HOURS THAT YOU CONFIRMED WESTERN DENTAL OFFERSHer— no there’s no available appointments today but I can make you an appointment next Wednesday.Why offer services that are not actually done? wasted my time on hold then being told yes emergency service is offered and right after no we don’t have availability to see you for your emergency situation because all slots have appointments set already and no one does after hours yet it states we do..

I was able to get several dentists numbers in my area in Bakersfield with just one phone call.
