Weird mildew smell when you walk inside, you can tell some employees don’t like working there.. dentist I saw was not genuine and seemed like the fast food of dentistry. There is a big difference I noticed between dentist who own their own office and dentist who work for someone else. You will always get better quality dealing with the owner instead of a worker.. overall this place is pretty sad not a place you’d want to spend any of your time at ..

Put a crown on crooked then put a new one on and cracked the one next to it and didntsay anything, then my Partial didnt fit said dont worry we are gonna do new ones, did a crown on the top then my top partial didnt fit there eather, then told me my new Partials you cant chew with these i got up and walked out.... i had good ones when i went in... havent had any in two years now my teeth are trashed because of this place

Best experience ever, friendly welcoming staff!! The wait is not long and my treatment was explained to me from beginning to end! Highly recommend if you want a friendly atmosphere.

Staff is so nice!!! You never have to wait too long. If your appointment is at 2:00 your back there within 10 min of your appointment time. The dentists and girls in back are GREAT. They are all so understanding, professional and kind!!!!

I went there a couple of months ago and eas treated excellent, had a molar extraction and one of their staff even held my hand because Im a senior and was afraid. Great service and staff. Nothing like what all the other negative reviews. I highly recommend this Dental Organization!

My dad came here to get his teeth extracted and he didnt like the experience. While he was asleep during the extraction he felt how reckless they were working and ripping his teeth out of his mouth. He also said he didnt like the doctor at all. My dad was lucky he didnt get an infection because of them. Please do yourself a favor and dont go here for your own safety. Also if you see most of the 5 star reviews you can tell its the employees of this place leaving reviews because its their first and only review. Real patients are the ones with a descriptions of their experience and multiple reviews.

The receptionists are very unprofessional. One of the people came in to check my teeth and made some kind of rude remark. The actual dentist came in a bit later, and he was a very nice man. But my overall experience here was horrible, thank God I ended up going somewhere else!

This was a good experience at the dentist I had no complaints here I went in for a routine cleaning and everyone made me feel pretty comfortable I wasnt nervous at all that if they went great the tools he had were working good then the doctor or dentist I mean was a pretty funny he was really friendly and his assistants were very friendly as well and theres no. TV in there to pass the time and magazines and messing your temperature and clean water thats always a positive with me so its a good experience no complaints here

I would rate this place a fat zero. Avoid at all cost!!! Treatments take longer than they state, I feel they are defrauding insurances. You can hear other parents talk about it in the lobby about treatments taking longer than promised. Very unprofessional. Expect to spend most of your day there, even with an early appointment.

On July 22 I had a 10am apt. After waiting for about 30 min I was take in to a room to my xrays. I was then sat on a chair I was told I needed a crown on one of my right molars. After explaining that i would out of town for a week in exactly 11 days and I didn’t want to go with a temporary crow. I was guaranteed by the office manager that it would be no probably getting the permeant crown before that. She even said she called and would put a rush. At this point I agreed and they said they would start the procedure. I again waited over 30/40 min because the staff had a new system that they had no clue how to use. The dentist literally told me “we don’t know what we are doing sorry”. At this point I was still patient and understood technology somethings doesn’t work according. After about 3 hours I finally got out of the dentist with my tooth prepped and impressions taken. Let’s just say to this day they never put the permeant after multiple issue. Don’t go to this place they are unprofessional and a waste of your time.

I love this office!!! I have always been terrified of going to the dentist. The staff were awesome though!!! They really helped me work through my fear and made me feel calm and safe. The dentist did such an amazing job delivering some not so happy news and then extracting a very difficult tooth!!! I will be bringing my whole family here!!! Im no longer scared of the dentist!

I would not take my dog here if it needed anything done. They butchered my mother and caused a massive infection. When she returned for help they denied ever seeing her. She went to Teeth and Gums on Panama and was seen right away due to it being an emergency and they were amazing.

Went here for a cleaning they took xrays and gave me an estimate of 9000$ worth of work that needed to be done...never even cleaned my teeth. this place is dirty, old, and out dated. I really felt like the doctor was all about the money and the place reflects that. Wait times are hit and miss.

This place is disgusting like everyone is saying you can smell the mildew as soon as you walk in the door. I came in for a root canal it was done I got my tooth capped and was sent on my way. I had 2 other root canals scheduled I came in and it was a different dentist who complained the whole time. He says every time he comes they force him to do multiple root canals that day was 27 root canals. He started the procedure and immediately started to explain how he was denied for a place like who cares focus on the task. I was left in the chair for 37 minutes with things sticking out of my 2 teeth and told to not bite down. While he went to start on another patient, after my wait I was told he wanted xrays to make sure his work was done correctly. So with the things still sticking out of my teeth I was lead to the X-ray room.. it took 3 nurses to get one X-ray and they all blamed the “outdated X-ray machine” I was finally able to go back and have the work completed on my teeth, after I saw the lighter i closed my eyes. He tells me he is almost done and would be putting some temporary caps, he placed a rubber piece on the other side of my mouth to keep my mouth from closing. I started to taste bleach and I choked twice. The bleach was VERY strong and whatever caulk type stuff he was putting in my tooth started to go down my throat the suction girl was more interested in their conversation then making sure nothing went down my throat. After this horrible experience I was sent to the front to make my next appointment for my caps. The receptionist explains to me that the dentist they had who did caps chose not to work with them anymore. ( I’m thinking I wonder how they ran her off she was the nicest person there) she tells me they will have a new dentist their by 7/7/19 and it will be up to him if he wants to do the caps, but I can schedule u for another root canal that just popped up and got approved ( I had no knowledge of this root canal or it’s approval) I said I don’t wanna have a whole bunch of sharp teeth in my mouth without caps she says well what u have now is permanent I said well the dentist said it’s temporary and won’t last long the dentist who left said the same thing it’s just a temporary fix until I get my caps that are medi cal approved. She says that’s the problem the dentist is more comfortable doing the caps that the patient pays for. She says if you like you can find another dentist, I tried and they all said they didn’t wanna complete another dentists work. The bottom line is this dentist is all about the money and charging you for whatever service they can get approved with or without your knowledge. I still get calls about another root canal and deep cleaning... I DONT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST

I LOVE THIS OFFICE !!! TOOK MY MOM THERE AND THE DR AND THE GIRL WHO HELPED ME WITH HER TREATMENT WAS VERY HELPFUL AND SHE WAS SO UNDERSTANDING CAUSE MY MOM WAS SO SCARD SHE MADE IT SO EASY FOR US THANK YOU CONNIE FOR ALL YOUR HELP !!! Will be bring my whole family here !!!!

First visit with Dr. Heba Shammout and her staff was amazing from the minute I walked in to the minute I left their office. The second visit was not all that great because I was there to have a retreat root canal done by a specialist who comes from Los Angeles, and they were super busy, wait time was long, and lost patience because I had to be at my 2nd job by 3 PM. so I just walked out. But I decided to give them another chance because of the great first impression I had of them and because Dr. Shammout assured me that its not always like it was during my previous visit. So I went in today and had my retreat root canal done by the specialist and it was another great dental office experience. So thank you Dr. Shammout, Specialist, and staff for your great patient services, exceptional care, and positive vibes. I will definitely be back and refer you to family and friends!

Well where to start off. My experience at Smile Care goes back 6 years ago in a San Diego location, horrible customer service let me tell you.Coming from a restaurant and retail manager Customer Service means a lot to me.I recently decided to give them a second chance.Tuesday morning was my first appointment and let me tell you I was blown away by the Customer Service. The receptionist Belen, the manager and the orthodontist staff from the location not only deserve a 5 but a 10 if that would be possible. I spent 7 hours due to procedures I needed done and they all went out of their way to make me as comfortable as I could possibly be very attentive and welcoming place. That is why after todays emergency booking I decided to buy them all lunch from my work place Rubios as a thank you for their service.Im willing to drive an 1:30 from Visalia for all my appointments just because this place rocks. ✋️🤚Belen you are amazing I truly admire your hard work you are truly an awesome employee.

As soon as I walked in the door the office smelled awful. The girls at the front desk were texting on their phone and eating their lunch I asked if I could fill out my new patient paperwork while I waited and they said Im on lunch break and made me sit there until they were done. It is very unprofessional to be eating and texting at the front desk. The air conditioner was not working. The dentist was very uncompassionate and money hungry. I walked out with no work being done but Im sure my insurance will be billed for something. Do not come here

Employees are unprofessional, inexperienced. We received erroneous bill with a duplicate charge, plus no follow up on insurance request for more information for authorization. They made us pay for it, which would be about $700.00 out of our pocket. Upon talking to them about it, they say itll take four weeks to resolve, but the window is closing in four days to address this issue. This place is a joke.

Worst dentist office i ever been to. My husband had a 10:30am appointment we got out of there at 4:47pm. And they are really rude and unprofessional. I will never step a foot in here again.

Cant even get into the place. Pain level at a 9 and they still refuse to see me. Plus the office staff was rude. My recommendation is dont go here
