I’m not sure what my tow truck drivers name was but he is absolutely AMAZING!! After being stuck on the side of a busy highway and my roadside assistance plan calling several different tow truck companies Panorama was the only company who helped us out. After reading reviews, it sounds like the owner has a excuse for every reason for his short coming except taking responsibility. Always their fault, never his fault even when they fail to show. I wonder what the reply is to this.

I was initially told I will be charged $194 out of pocket yet I was later told by this company that I would have to pay 300. He told me that that was his firm price and if nobody else would do it for less than 300. I kind of felt like he price gouge me. On the other hand the driver himself was very friendly and helpful

They are really bad in service their mechanic lied to us in text that dealership doesn’t have part but when I called them directly they said we have a part and there is no one showed up even he took two hoses from my freightliner and he went to Volvo dealership just wasted ten hours my truck coolant is still leaking and he is saying I can’t fix it cause they don’t have professional Mech so please be aware don’t ever call this place and sure they just gonna waste your time that’s it I have the proof for everything

I had a reefer break down Near Bakersfield California I found this company on NTTS the main mechanic took me in after hours just the cost of that is $300. For three hours he was trying to find a problem he even told my driver that he can’t find the problem. We told the mechanic we’re going to a different shop because we had a load in the trailer that needed to be kept at 0°But the shop was holding us hostage they wanted $800 for their work. But the trailer is not fixed I had to go to a different shop to fix the reefer trailer. We took it to another repair shop it took another mechanic like two hours to fix everything he found a problem for only $420 instead of $800 go to Kool Line Express

Never showed up waited 3 hrs for AAA tow.

Tow Service; Panorama charges $650 an hour for a tow. Thats twice the amount of CHP approved tows. Their billing department is unresponsive and confused by their own charges and billing systems. $5,500 for a 50 mile tow. Avoid this company at all cost, or it will cost you!!!!!

Never call them , they can steal your truck (per phone was 250$ /hour than they just change price to 650$ without our authorization!!! Add 10 hours to final bill, our truck GPS was showing 4 hours totall tow, but in final bill was 14 hours they told us that they use tow truck to bring driver to hotel 650$ per hour!!! That’s so ridiculous ) . will fight them in court !

Fantastic services from Red, the tow man. The only problem is that I’m concerned because the air conditioning in the cabin is out and Red can’t seem to get someone to fix it! He is a great man and I’m worried these are unsafe working conditions for him in this sweltering California heat. Get this man some A/C!

This people! that give a new meaning to highway robbery! and theyll be hearing from the *Better Business Bureau* my friendship broke down you and I Highway 58 they came and the charger for 3 hours about $673.00 regardless she agreed to pay the amount but at the end he charged her $848.00 when she call her bank to make sure the guy will get paid the guy turn around and tried to charger $848.00 and extra an hour and a half for him waiting for her to call her bank it only took her maybe 5 minutes so he can get paid these people that think theyre going to be pushing people around because theyre in the middle of nowhere guess what we listen to country of laws and this one coming towards you for highway robbery and the people stop complaining about these people and just start calling the Better Business Bureau and other agencies and give their complaint to them go get straightened out thats for sure.....

Hands down best tow company in town, great mechanics. Service was fast and the driver was very polite in my time of need. Thier mechanic was very experienced and had my vehicle diagnosed and parts on the way before I ever left their office highly recommended!!!!

Beware. Scam/rip off. Quote me $1200 to tow 70 miles then charge me $2000 when we arrive. While I was questioning the outrageous price they drove off with my truck on the hook. It took 2 days and 500 more and a call to the police to get my truck. Unbelievable how they treat customers. They are going out of business because they dont get call backs so they scam every chance they get. At least I won the dispute through the credit card and they got nothing although they did try to run my card again. Crooks. Do not use!!!!

This towing company is extremely dishonest and unethical. After towing a vehicle, they falsely claim that the method of payment failed. Then the tow truck driver will tow the vehicle back to their shop and hold it as collateral until you agree to pay additional towing and storage charges. Do not ever use the towing services of this company. They are completely untrustworthy and do not even deserve a one star rating.

Absolute criminals. Charged me $5k for storage after holding my product illegally, then another $2,500 to move the product from one trailer to another, because the original $5,000 wasnt enough. Ken is the worst of the worst type of person. 0 customer service, and not an ethical bone in his body. You wouldnt know it, however, because he hides behind his secretaries Olivia and Lety who simply do as their told. Would not wish the experience I had with this company on my WORST enemy. If I could give less than 0 stars, I would.

I paid over 3700 dollars to have an eight dollar part replaced. Said it couldnt be done on the side of the road since it was under the sleeper. After towing me 90 plus miles which was the bulk of the bill it took all day to get this done.

They charge me for new turbo $10,800. Dealer Price: parts 1,480 plus labor around $1000. On phone they give me total around $3000 but on end bill shows $10,800. I found other trucking company same problem They charge them $9,000 for new clutch where dealer price for parts and labor was $2,800 WORST WORST WORST!!! They should go to jail for this what they doing.
