I took my truck in for ac issue 2 weeks later it was done payed deposit and pick it up then driving home thhe ac still wasnt fixed took it back and another 2 weeks later it was ready they said in order to be able to take my truck home I would have to pay the deductible again even if the mechanic didnt fix it the first time save your money people dont go through hell going to this place plus the person that helped me always gave me a bad attitude

I had same experience with the guy in the bottom they will never offer loaner or rental. I will never buy Dodge again.

Dont buy dodge , bought a 2019 challenger and in twelve months the car has spent more time parked in service department than my house. Four car payments have been made with no car in my possession not one time have they offered a loaner or rental. 5 attempts on same repair. Pick car up from being repaired and No one explains what they did or why . Horrible experience overall.
