Not only are they pro,s their service is dominant.i felt like they only wanted me to be satisfied with the work they did but 4most that I was leaving in a safe car .no doubt the shop is TRIPPLE AAA STATUS .KERN COUNTY U HAVE A GEM WITH EL GATO AUTO.PEOPLE U MUST VISIT THIS SHOP .U WILL BE MORE THAN PLEASED .

Great service and reasonably priced

To be truthful, this is a honest and a legitimate shop. I have had my vehicle tgere two times and price has been competitive/affordable both times. To this day, I have not had any problems after I have left there.

Easily one of the best shops in town. You can drop it off for diagnostics or repair and not have to worry about someone trying to pull the sky down around you with tales of what needs to be repaired to get you back on the road.Been going here for a couple years now and they are the only repair place I keep saved in my phone contacts.Courteous and down to earth mechanics who are interested in repeat business and will work with you to make sure you understand the what, the why, and still quote you a cheaper price than most.

Eddie know how to work with people he is fair and will tell you what needs to be done to you car or truck and no more. I used to do my own repairs but because of health problems I was told about he was with his customers and checked his shop out best thing I ever did.
