I went in to do a simple address change and was helped by Alexandra Chavez. She did a quick shop around for me and found me a much cheaper rate and saved me over hundreds on my yearly cost. I was a little hesitant because I didn’t go prepared, but she managed to split my start up cost for when I get paid. I would recommend her to whoever wants to save money!

Worst ever! I enrolled in December paid 400 and they canceled my service with out notification. They want me to lay the fee again. The person hung up on me and won’t answer my calls.

I called in just to add a vehicle and remove an old one. Jessica “helped” me. She said she needed to shop around to find me a better deal because adding my new vehicle to my existing policy was really high. After “shopping” around she found me something cheaper. Turns out it was with the same company I was already with just a new policy number. Instead of just being honest she lied just so she could get a broker fee out of this. Luckily I called management and they took off the 200$ broker fee. Also, they cancelled my old policy because she never did that as well. Had the same vehicle on two different policies. Smfh. Who hired this girl!? ALLLLL of this could have been just as simple as removing and adding a vehicle if she would have just done her job instead of trying to screw someone over! Jessica, I hope you learned your lesson. You’re getting a bad review AND not getting that broker fee you thought was on its way.

Avoid this place please. The worst customer service ever. No fretting no welcoming no smile no offering to seat down, keeping the client on feet!!!!no eye contact. Not once but anytime I have walked in there. I purchased the car insurance. At the time I received a good attention fair enough. Since ever the attitude of the broker changed to bad and worst. I dont care to take a trip mailed away but at least to be treated as a client not garbage. I dont know if the superwiser at that place cares about the qualities of business and customer service if does I recommend to monitor the way the place is being run.the good rate on the insurance to my belief are not true. Teach staff please to be more cooperative and friendly and nice.

Im looking at all these great reviews, and wondering what happened with us. We paid sooo damn much for our insurance they charged us for everything, change of address, adding a car, and Im not talking about $25 fee it was like $100& up. Full coverage was never ACTUAL full coverage, when you actually read everything, it was extra or not included. Never did they try to help us, we paid WAY too much for 2 cars. We now have COVERMAX and it is WAY cheaper and covers way more, at least its reasonably priced. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND Freeway to anyone based on my personal experience.

They are scam artists. The brokers will give out false information pertaining to the contract.

If freeway insurance issued you an insururer & policy, never visit their office again. Youre not obligated to. Simply call your insurer and save a lot of money. A broker at freeway insurance was charging me $100 to add a vehicle to my policy plus the premium. I called my insurer and added the vehicle myself for free & only paid the premium. What these brokers do is they charge their labor on you & talk you into their highest premium.

They talk to you and make you feel like youre getting a good deal but as soon as that first payment comes there is more fees and DEPOSITS added. None of which were made clear the first visit. Then if you try to cancel youll recieve things in the mail saying you have to pay MORE! ABSOLUTE GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICEThey HELPED my fiance get insurance now were out 350 bucks

Do not waste your time, this broker will have you fooled when you get into an accident another issurance company will tell you that they did not mention to put your “household members” and therefore you’ll lose your claim because of it which has nothing to do with an accident and your car wont be fixed.

Every time I vome into one of these branches I am left with a bad taste in my mouth. They are constantly rude to me and tell me one thing just for me to find out a week later that it was incorrect. They have messed up my policy every single time I go in and I have to call the insurance company myself to try and fix it. This is the worst broker I have ever gone through and I do not recommend coming here. Take your business elsewhere because they are consistently unproffesional when interacting with customers and constantly changing their fees based on the customer. When I had an older car they would tell me endorsement fees for 20 dollars then when I got a new vehicle a week later they went to about 100 dollars to add a vehicle to a policy which I have done before and still recieved the 20 dollar endorsement fees. These people are frauds.
