Service has been subpar thus far. On two separate occasions this year I called about my policy and was supposed to receive a call back. I’m still waiting on a return call and it’s 3 days later this time around. The question I had this time was very time sensitive and I had to reach out to the insurance company directly because this agency failed to call me back.
