I will not recommend Allstate to my worst enemy. I have been a faithful customer for over 20 years and never filed a claim. The first time that I made a valid claim for Allstate to replace my leaking, wind damaged roof, they denied the claim and raised my policy payment. THIS IS CLEARLY UNACCEPTABLE. Someone, please tell me why do we pay to have our homes insured for years and when its time to file a claim, its denied. I would have done better over all these years saving my money in a pickle jar. At least I would have had a better chance at replacing my roof.All of my Neighbor homes that were insured by other insurance agencies and experienced the same damage to their roofs were replaced. But not the good hands people. No, I found their hands to be full of deception. Please please dont be the fool I am being loyal to a company that dont give a darn about you.
