I was recently in a car accident- I was T Boned by a kid running a red light. I was injured, car totaled, and super upset. My car was a 2019 and already paid off. When trying to go back to the dealership I bought my other car from. I felt I was being worked over. With the chip shortage dealerships are marking up their MSRP, and all shorts of stuff. I was so upset, I didn’t want to spend a bunch of money out of pocket- I wanted to stick around the price of my totaled car. I called and spoke with Shayne at Hyundai. He was so patient and understanding. He went and took pictures of a car for me and sent it via text ( I have a fractured rib). He told me my full cost and did a lot of leg work before I even came in. You can’t get anyone in car sales to do that- it’s always come down we will make it work, but they don’t. He got me a great deal, the best warranty, and my car came off the showroom floor. I originally had my heart set on the Kia Telluride..I walked in and was and turned away before being even offered to test drive since they are marking up their MSRP by almost $9,000 and selling them before they hit the lot. Thank god they referred me over to Earnhardt Hyundai because I had no idea the Palisade even existed (and its friggen gorgeous-and better than the Telluride in my opinion). Shayne immediately helped me and made me instantly feel comfortable (mind you, we were there for three hours- he offered every option available to get us the best deal). He wasnt at all pushy or made me feel like I had to make a decision. I initially came with my dad and wanted to bring my husband back before making a final decision. He was so patient with myself, my dad (whos a former car salesman so you can imagine all the questions he had) and my skeptical husband. JUST AMAZING!!!!!Came in to look at a 2020 Hyundai Elantra GT N Line Turbo. Called in and they had the car ready for a test drive at 6 pm and it was amazing. My sales guy “Chocolate” was just the best. He is super cool and kind, just a no pressure chill guy. He really cares about his customers and it shows in how he is. I really wanted to give him my business after meeting him. We came in the next evening and drove it home. We live in Mayer AZ so it was an hour drive to them but SUPER WORTH IT!!!!!!!!My credit was a bit shaky but Peter in finance got me on the lease with my better half at the time to help me build my credit up. Peter was very determined to help us out and made it his mission to get me on the lease. He even got 25.00 off the payment a month after we signed. The guys here are top notch no question. You need a new car you come here and they are a Costco Auto Dealer so you get the best price on the car and a discount on parts if you let them know!!!!!!!!!!

While traveling far from home, we needed an oil change and tire rotation so we stopped at Earnhardt Hyundai. I was explicitly clear about needing the tires rotated because Ive had experiences other places where they forget to do it. When I picked my Santa Fe up I was informed only one side was rotated because the other side didnt need it. The owners manual clearly states that non-directional rear tires switch sides when rotated to the front. So now I have to properly rotate the tires myself when we get home. Had we more time I would have insisted this be corrected. Our service paperwork also recommended over $800 in fluid flushes, none of which are specified in the Maintenance Schedule for our mileage. Makes me wonder if locals who know little about cars are having maintenance recommended to them that their vehicle doesnt actually need! Would not recommend based on my experience.

Earnhardt Hyundai is a great dealership, specifically Emilio Menicucci. He listen, to what my son and I wanted, recommended a few things, some of which I did not want. He explained these items benefits but didn’t push when I said no. I was remote, not at the dealership, my son was there. Emilio made this remote transaction flow smoothly and painlessly. Kudos to Emilio and Earnhardt Hyundai. I will surly recommend them.

Reviewing this dealership experience is difficult. I have without a doubt had 5 star experiences buying cars. While I feel like I did get a good deal and the staff are friendly I cant help but think that they might have done better. The asking price was already good but it was almost a If you dont take it for that someone else will. experience. I could live with that but for the convoluted excuses about why their car is worth KBB but my car isnt. While I would recommend to those looking to purchase Hyundai I would have to suggest shopping online before you go in because their best price is not negotiable.

Took my Hyundai Santa Fe in for a Auto Butler application to my paint on my SUV. This is done every 6 months. My SUV is looking good and shiny. Matthew took good care of me and is always nice to deal with.

Spent time looking over vehicles for purchase. Immediate attention was offered by salesman. He offered is the personal time needed for viewing cars on lot and answered concerns on questions that arose when we were finished. Once test drive was completed, surprisingly we did this drive without the salesman accompanying us, we went inside to conduct the necessary paperwork. This process takes time and will be completed on our next visit. Great clean atmosphere and courteous sales team.

Honestly such an amazing experience! Super friendly and didn’t push me into buying like other place I’ve been too! Only think is they were off from the interest by 3 percent which kinda bothered me. Overall great experience my boyfriend and me both purchased a new car same day and out without a couple hours.

They have leasing options listed on their website, however when you go in the amounts they have advertised dont match up. We didnt end up getting anything, and the inventory is currently low for all dealerships because of the chip production being slowed because of covid. I used chat to confirm inventory would be available before I made the trip, received confirmation however when I went in I was told that wasnt the case. Its probably best to talk to a person over the phone to confirm and to set up arrangements before going in, if youre looking at the advertisements. A lease for a sante Fe was supposed to be 289 with 3500 down, but they tried offering me a Sonata for 300 at 5k down .. Yikes. Thats without any credit checks and no 2020 Santa Fe available.

I needed a vehicle that my wife could use without pain getting in. I looked at several brands and models before going to Earnhardt Hyundai. Due to a recall most of the model vehicles I wanted were not available for sale. I spoke with Adam Breen the general manager. He went to work and within an hour he found a vehicle not impacted by the recall and and the correct trim level. Adam was great to work with, very honest, and an outstanding ambassador for his company. This is the 14th vehicle I have bought from the Earnhardt family and the fifth I have bought from Earnhardt Hyundai. I would go no where else for my cars. The whole process, after I took a test drive and inspected thecar, took less than 1 hr. A lot of dealerships add on extras that increase the sales price 2K+ over the advertised price. Earnhardt didnt do this, you could pick the extras you might want or not. I have purchased several cars from Earnhardt dealerships in the past because of the way they treatyou.

I approached Earnhardt because they had the vehicle I wanted with the right package. I couldnt source this in Southern California due to limited inventory. At a time when some dealerships are charging a premium, I was able to work quickly with Josh and get this at a fair price (below Costcos Auto Purchase Program Price). It was an easy process. The dealership did require tinting and a higher than average docs fee ($499) but given the negotiated price, I felt this was fair all said and done. I would recommend them again! And Josh, thanks for meeting me at the airport making the whole process even easier!

Honestly if I could give a higher rating I would. Dean (goodness I hope I got that right) let me cut right to the chase, and start talking numbers on the two cars I went to look at. I dont havethe best credit, and was a bit bashful of that thinking I wouldnt be able to get into a new car at the price I could afford, but he and Bruce stuck it out with me and helped me get into a brand new safer car. Finance was literally the fastest and easiest experience. Trading my old car in was the easiest as well. They gave me more than a fair trade on it, and it was as easy as dropping the keys off and saying bye to my old little car. Got to drive my new car off the lot after he helped me make sure all my features were activated, and my phone was connected to the android auto! Hands down, this was the best car buying experience. Truly catered to my needs 100%, all while not pressuring me to keep moving forward.

Last Friday, I purchased a new vehicle at the Hyundai dealership. Today, I was driving my car on the interstate, and my low tire light appeared on my dashboard. The psi reading stated, 0 psi reading for my passenger back tire. I pulled off the interstate and parked at a vacant lot. To top it off, I called the car dealer who sold me the car. Keep it in mind; today is Memorial Day. It is one of the busiest days of the year. I immediately called my car dealer. Do you know what is the first statement was? Once I told him that I had a flat tire, he said, You need to call service? He didnt ask if I was okay or anything. Wow. Then, I told him that the needed service engine came on. He said something along the lines of it needs to be reset or something. It is a brand new car./What could be wrong with it? Arent they supposed to check it out before I drive it home?I called the roadside assistance. Keep in mind. It was 100 degrees. The roadside assistant guy was efficient. He replaced my flat with a donut. I drove to the dealership. When I arrived, I was told that the service department was closed due to the holiday. Okay, I walked inside the dealership. Someone asked, If I wanted to talk to my car dealer? I said, No, I need to speak to the general manager. To add insult to injury, the finance.l guy walked out to solve my problem. As if I wouldnt recognize him from a few days ago. Really? I am fuming now. Finally, the general manager walks to my table. I explained to him that I didnt want the vehicle anymore. I was unimpressed by their lack of compassion for loyal customers. To make a very long story short, the general manager offered short-term solutions. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Like most car dealers, they get their commission. This is my third Hyundai. I never had terrible customer service until today. If there were a way to return my vehicle and use my loan at another dealership, I would.

Eddie Nunez in online sales and Blake Appelgate service advisor are always professional and give excellent service. They are the reason my husband and I continue to go to Avondale Hyundai.
