My son lost a lot of tiny screws that go to his laptop came in they put the new one in and he didnt even charge me for them! I was so surprised and was happy when I left. Any computer need I will definitely be coming here!

Great little place. I tried to pay something for the estimate since it was part of a warranty claim but he wouldnt take it. Very knowledgeable about the potential fix and the warranty process. If I have PC or TV issues I know where Ill take it.

I had a Samsung Curve TV that unfortunately broke on me. I contacted Ivan at ICN and he scheduled me into his calendar to look at my TV (free diagnosis!). I dropped the TV off and Ivan new right away what the problem was and advise me in detail the costs. He still took 2-3 days to confirm his diagnosis and was honest about the repairs. The TV would cost to much to repair but I do appreciate his business and communication. Thanks!

Dont waste your time with this guy. Has you waiting and makes an appointment with you and then tells you hes busy on the day you scheduled an appointment. Poor customer service no professionalism at all.

Honest and reliable. Ivan looked at a TV for me and said the replacement part would probably cost more than the TV was worth.

I had Ivan do some work in my place of work and was awesome. He was very knowledgeable, and was able to identify the problem within minutes of arriving. He scheduled the repairs in a timely manner and completed all repairs within hours. He explained everything as he completed it, was prepared with tools, and parts he needed, and left the boxes of the new items installed (switch in my case) with warranty info and details. I havent had an issue with my computers and printer connection ever since. I would highly recommend ICN and will use them in the future if needed.
