Dave has done a great job for me with 2 of my laptops. I will spare all of the details with the issues on this new laptop I purchased on Amazon, but Dave found multiple things that the laptop was missing. To make a long story short, I ended up returning it for a refund. It probably would have been a longer, more frustrating deal if he had not found these issues for me. I also took my older laptop to him that shut off and would not turn back on. He found the problem and he had the laptop fixed within about 30 minutes if that. My issue I thought was a hard drive crash and Dave helped remove screws that were not willing to be turned and he installed the new hard drive only to find there were other issues not a hard drive problem,unfortunately my system was encrypted so Dave could not identify the real problem but he certainly tried.Totally professional service and I would certainly use again.

My computer failed after I tried to be clever and do some adjustments to it myself. It wasnt the best of ideas since I know very little about computers, and, it belongs to my wife! Anyway, I couldnt get online no matter what I tried, and I feared the worst! I called Dave, based largely on the excellent reviews hes received, and explained my predicament. He came along to my home the following morning, and I was immediately impressed by his outward appearance and professionalism; you only get one chance to make a first impression, and he did that with flying colors. Dave did his best to put me at ease (not easy!) and went to work in another room carrying out his analysis; this was the part I was dreading, since Id got it into my head that my wifes laptop was unrepairable, or it would cost a fortune to fix it! After about 15 minutes, Dave came to me with the sort of news I wasnt expecting; there was nothing wrong with the computer! Evidently Id messed up one of the settings when I tried to fix the computer, which Dave found and subsequently rectified. The good news; he only charged me his basic fee for the analysis and coming to my home. Id previously told him that I wasnt very computer savvy, which Im sure many other technicians in any other trade would have seen as a sign to make some serious money - Dave didnt. He looked after me - the computer works a treat - and I would have no hesitation in refering him to anyone; his work ethic is without question.

Im very pleased with Dave! I dropped my computer and broke the charger DC port. I called Dave on Sunday and he said I could bring it over that afternoon. It took a few days to get it back but that was perfectly okay because he had to order the part that needed to be replaced. He was also very flexible with pickup which was a huge thing for me since I am a truck driver and cant always be somewhere as planned. He even cleaned it and fixed a few other minor issues. Very reasonably priced, (unlike Geek Squad). If I ever have problems with my laptop again, Ill definitely take it back to Dave.

I work from home and when I went to log in for work one morning, my computer wouldnt turn on. I was thinking it had to do with the battery because I had been getting a warning on my PC forever about it not charging anymore. But Im not that technologically savvy so I really had no idea. Geek Squad was my first call and the guy there said There wont be a charge for a diagnosis but there will be a charge for the parts and labor. The very first name I saw was Daves. His business name was catchy to me but I didnt let that phase me. I was about business. :) So I call Dave and he promptly answered on the 2nd or 3rd ring. I explained to him what was going on and he immediately diagnosed the issue after asking a few questions and gave me a price quote OVER THE PHONE! (Man has got skills!)
