Good Job C& J Care. He been doing my carpet for Couple of years and a couple of my friends I am trying to get in touch with u to get my Carpet clean. But the phone number is disconnected at this time. What is going on.

Called and spoke to Chris and right away was given a quote, there was no beating around the bush and I was never made to feel pressured to make an appointment. His prices are very fair, and he was able to come to my home within the week. For my three bedroom home he was in and out in just about an hour if not a smidge more. One of my bedrooms had pet stains, and now you could hardly tell.

Chris was very prompt and came at the exact time to stretch our carpet. He was friendly and did a good job. He was always asking if I was satisfied with the look, and wanted to do a good job. His price was lower than other quotes.

Our carpets were very wet after Chris left, but not any cleaner. I asked Chris about the stains and was advised it was our carpets, however, his equipment was so old it did not appear to be functional. It seemed to dump water on our floors, but didnt pick it back up. We have several rental properties and have had much heavier stains come up. I feel it was a waist of time and money, a vacuum would have done about the same without soaking our carpets.

I cannot speak for their ability to clean carpets, but the level of professionalism while driving a company branded van is quite dismal. The gentleman driving almost ran my family and I off the the side of the 101 because he failed to look while merging at a high rate of speed. We honked and swerved and were given a rude hand gesture. The driver then got off on Thomas and proceeded to flip us off again as he exited the freeway.If you are going to drive a company branded vehicle as an advertisement for your business I would recommend that you act appropriately. C & J Carpet Care will certainly be the last company I will call or recommend in the future.

Owner was very personable. He was on time. With my rugs not being cleaned in years, embarrassed, he did a fantastic job...got most spots out...some would have been impossible for anyone...price was great...cleaned rugs in 5 rooms plus short hallway in my double-wide mobile home and only charged me $125...fantastic! Do not hesitate to use him!

This guy stresses out before he even starts I agreed to the higher price still, unprofessional attitude. No buddy, his attitude killed it dont waste your time because it seems like your wasting his.

Chris was very friendly, easy going. He was punctual and he gave my 15 yr old carpets new life. I would highly recommend him.

Chris came and cleaned the carpets at the rental we were moving out of. He was on time, personable, and did a phenomenal job on the carpets. The carpets looked better than when we moved in and prior to move in, they were cleaned by Zerorez, who was more than twice the cost and definitely didnt live up to the hype. I highly recommend C&J!!

Chris did great work. I needed one of my rentals cleaned last minute and he was very patient with my high maintenance requests. The water was shut off on the home and he even went to the neighbors and asked to use their water and didnt quit on the job, that shows a lot. Will definitely be using them in the future for my west valley properties.
