They did amazing! We had one room of carpet that our dogs had a some accidents in and there was also stains I think just from walking in there with shoes on… anyways they did awesome! The stains are gone and so is the odor from our dogs. Highly recommend them!

Ill be completely honest. I needed my couches cleaned and they left stains on them. I had to go over it myself with my bissel little green machine to get rid of them. They did an ok job.

I found this company on Google and I base everything off of reviews which is why I decided to make an appointment. A lot of other places over charge for couch cleanings but I like how this company has their prices laid out on the website. I was able to schedule a next day cleaning through their online booking option. I have tried having a different company clean my couches in the past but they told me they wouldnt do it because I have micro fiber couches and they thought that their equipment would mess up the texture of the couch. The technician Diego came to my house right on time and said it would definitely not be an issue to clean them. He took his time when cleaning the couches and he made sure to get into every little spot. I have yet to use them to do carpet cleanings but I can definitely recommend them for upholstery cleaning!

They were easy to communicate my needs with in reference to my carpet. They were available on a fairly short notice and came in a timely fashion. The King Carpet Cleaning has cleaned the carpet at Olive Gourmet three times now, and has done an amazing job on our old carpet. Olive oil and balsamic vinegar stains were completely removed. The tomato stain from our chef demo disappeared as well. Diego arrived as scheduled after the store closed for the day, understood our needs and efficiently completed the cleaning. Pricing is quite reasonable. Well do it all over agin in 3-4 months!

I really needed the carpet cleaned quickly. I called Tuesday and had an appointment for the next day. We were scheduled to start at 9:30, but they arrived an hour early. When I asked the gentleman to come back a bit later, he was very gracious about it. The whole process took between 30 and 40 minutes and the carpet looks as good as new. I will not hesitate to call them again next time I need carpet cleaning services.

I dont know how we happened upon these guys last spring, but were so glad we did. Diego and team just did another cleaning for us. GREAT communication before, during and after the job. On time, both times. They steam clean - not just shampoo. Yes, chem-dry places dont get your carpet as wet, but is it really clean if its not steam cleaned? Competitively priced. We appreciate how careful they were in our new house, with new paint, and tight, switch-back staircase. Well have them back soon, for our old house. Thank you so much!

Called the owner Diego on Friday to request carpet cleaning service for one of my customers. He told me he would call my customer and set up appointment for Monday in which he stated he would be able to go out on that day to provide service. He did not call my customer to set up the appointment and then after following up with him on Monday, I was told he forgot to call and did not have time to go out there anyways.I would not have been upset if he only communicated with me so I could make other arrangements. Poor customer service.

Arived on time, even a little early. Had no issues what so ever. We had some paint and hair dye stains that will never come out and he got them to be alot lighter than we could. When we moved into our Goodyear Arizona home we researched several carpet and tile cleaning companies. We decide on Kings carpet cleaning, we liked Diego and and thought they would do a good job. We were mostly concerned about the grout discoloration and stains.When they were finished we noticed the grout was still dirty and when we vacuumed the carpets a ton of dirt and hair came out so I’m not sure if they even cleaned them. We spent $1200 which after talking to other cleaners is way overpriced. I am very disappointed with their service. We did call but they blew us off.We found another tile and carpet cleaner that did an excellent job for much less. Wish we had found them first.
