I lived at this place for almost 4 years prior to moving out and I loved it. We moved because we needed more space and outgrew the apartment. The apartment itself has a good layout and was very nice looking with the upgrades. I mostly worked with Claudia and Gaby but all of the staff was friendly and professional. They always had activities to engage the community and kid friendly activities. Not to mention the weekly food trucks. When I first moved in I had 2 issues..ants which they resolved within a few days and I saw no other bugs for the next 4 years and the AC which they replaced. Maintenance mostly came to replace the AC filters and they were nice as well. This is a very convenient location with several grocery stores and shopping centers within minutes of this location. If you are looking to move to the Avondale area I recommend you check them out!!!

This property is clean with resort style pool! Clean gym with updated equipment, easy to use. Staff was extremely pleasant and kindness, and a genuine feeling of cared for. They have followed up every step of the way to make this hectic transition as smooth as possible. I CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH!😀 Thank you!!

A safe, beautiful, place to live— with friendly staff, who really care. I’m surprised by the other reviews… really surprised actually. I didn’t have any problems with the old staff, or the new staff, and I went into the office often to pick up packages, so I saw them often. Gaby really cares about the residents, and she went above-and-beyond to work with me when something unexpected came up.I lived at Versante for a year and a half, and I felt very safe. I often left my patio door open to allow fresh air in, and every night the security guard walked the grounds. My apartment was on the bottom, next to the pool, and it was an absolutely beautiful apartment. My young daughter and I were very happy here.I didn’t have to use the maintenance with the new staff, but the old staff were incredibly quick at resolving any maintenance request. Often, the same day. They really tried. Yes, there were some things I had to do, but it’s not like owning a house. I had my own house for years, and I can’t say how nice it was to just call someone when something broke instead of fixing it myself.I just can’t believe some of these comments. And it’s such a calming, enjoyable place to live. The grounds are well-kept, the office always smells amazing, the friendly staff were great at helping me set-up the movie when my daughter and I used the movie theatre. Honestly, this was a really happy time in my life, and a big part of that was coming home to a beautiful, happy place— and that place was Versante. I wouldn’t have left if I wasn’t moving into another home closer to my job.And I’d like to take this moment to wish the staff at Versante all the best, to personally thank Gaby for caring and doing an amazing job, and to say thank you for all your hard work, care, and for making this such a wonderful place to live.

Lived there for about 4 months and it was a pleasant experience. I had a bad experience with maintenance and I wrote an email to management and they immediately reached out and compensated me for my issues. Security rides around the complex all night. Just a lot of noise from the main road in the morning.

I waited to give my post and I am happy I did because I had just one issue with the apartment and Im glad to say they are here today to make the modification that I requested and at no cost to me!All and all I will keep the five star and thank management for great service!

The office and maintenance staff is so amazing to work with, easily my best apartment experience yet. The apartments are small sqft wise, but the pool/gym amenities and the fact that it’s a smaller complex make up for that. Pool area is gorgeous! The staff has been super vigilant about COVID regulations and making sure their tenants feel comfortable.My only issue was that we had a scorpion problem due to nearby construction, but management was considerate of our concerns and did everything they could to help!

Do not live here!!!... had my Catalytic converter stolen!!!! Right in the parking lot!!!! ... went to office didnt do a dam thing .... they got useless security and a useless gate.... save your self money and go live somewhere else . They charge all this rent money and cant even put lights and Cameras in back parking spots .

I enjoyed my 2 years with Versante Apartment Homes. The location and mountain View was a blessing to see every morning. The staff were amazing to work with and understanding. Ive lived in apartments where the front office was a nightmare to deal with, but you all made it easy 🤗. Id recommend this location to anyone looking for a great place to live.

DO NOT RENT HERE. Horrible management. We have caught them going through our mail multiple times. They will tow your car at any chance they get because they have a deal with the tow yard. The tow yard they send you to is across town and EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. The guy they specifically work with there actually threatened me and tried to fight a different customer. They almost didnt give me my car back until I threatened to call the police! Dont be fooled by the nice exterior to these apartments--this company is rotten to the core. They will go out of their way to screw you over so that they can make an extra buck. And if you have a problem, good luck getting a real human on the phone. They graciously allow you to leave a message that they never listen to or respond to. The manager is nowhere to be found; on the rare occasions that she feels like responding to my emails, the email comes from 2 time zones away. How can you manage a property when youre not even in the same state? Please. These people could not care less about their tenants, just read the Yelp reviews if you need more evidence of that.

The staff at Versante is absolutely, hands down the best apartment staff I have encountered. Always there to help and come up with solutions. It’s a small, friendly, clean community. Maintenance takes care of requests very quickly and are also pleasant and professional. Thanks to the staff here !

I had a great experience at these apartments. The community is really great and it’s a very relaxing. The studio is more like a single bedroom, it’s a great value. Also I haven’t had too many maintenance issues other than the disposal but I am able to fix that in five seconds so it’s not too big a inconvenience.

This apartment complex is amazing. I have had excellent experiences here! The administrative staff and the maintenance help have been on the ball and super kind. The guests are also so kind. I highly recommend this place.

As a delivery driver I can never find the apartment I am looking for because of the amount of trees they have in front of the building numbers. I suggest a trim/cut, make it easy to find for others? Idkk just a suggestion

I have lived here for half a year now and it has been wonderful! The staff is super friendly! They are really on top of maintenance and keeping the place looking sharp and clean. Having a night security guard makes the place feel really safe.

Staff very prompt, efficient, friendly! This is very important for an apartment complex. The amenities are awesome here! Minus one star for apartment itself. Little smaller than expected. Paint on walls is in other places too. Just overall had higher expectations, but still very happy to call Versante my home!

Wonderful experience so far after touring the apartments today. Claudia was very kind and welcoming. The pool area is beautiful. The apartment itself was spacious and had a very nice layout. I called in and spoke to Gabby. She is also kind and very informed and everyone is efficient. I cannot wait to move in.

First of all, I love the staff! All four ladies are EXCEPTIONALLY FRIENDLY, and always ready to help. Second, the work performance and responsiveness of the maintenance team has been very good whenever we needed something. Third, the pool area is extremely nice, and it makes it feel like a nice hotel resort. The apartment area is well kept and clean, and the personnel care about the appearance of the facility. Next, the apartment is nice, cozy, and has everything that I need. Finally, its nice to have a fitness center that I use daily, and the police patrol makes me feel safe. I would DEFINITELY recommend these apartments!

We toured the apartment complex and it was nice quiet and peaceful. The women in the front office are very friendly and helpful. They answered all the questions we had and clarified what we needed. They were very accommodating. We had a great first time leasing experience.

We went to view a few different apartments, and nothing compared to Versante. The community is stunning and in a great location. They are currently upgrading the office and fitness center with state of the art amenities. Not to mention the won an award for first satisfaction for 2017. We are so excited to have found this community and we cant wait to move in!

My husband and I recently moved in and we love our new place. The office staff is very friendly, they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and make sure you have everything you need. They also give back to the community by having events, contests for prizes, and days when they have lunches or dinners for us. We also have a child and the area is really safe.

I have lived here for over one year. When I first saw these apartments they reminded of California I had been here five times, but choose another place. I moved into the other place , it was cheaper but it was infested with pest. I moved out in 3 days I was lucky I was able to get my deposit back. So I ran back to the Versante Apartments I wanted downstairs I got it. The ladies in the office treat me with respect. They are friendly , always willing to help. I havent had any troubles living here. It is affordable for me. It as been an Amazing living experience.

This review is based on a walkthrough and some internet search. Pros: The facility is in excellent condition, the grounds are beautiful, and the model apartment was lavish. Cons: The cost is quite high, there is no off leash area for dogs, and the maintenance protocol seemed inefficient. Takeaways: These are luxury apartments. You get a lot of nice amenities (just look at the pool). However, while it is likely you will not use them all, you are definitely going to pay for them all. Its just not reasonable for someone who is practical and financially minded. I was also told that maintenance can take up to 3 days to respond. IMO, that is too long, especially when you find out the dishwasher is broken AFTER it is full. My fiance and I passed on this complex for another with less luxury and lower cost.

Who is rating this place highly?!?! The place is INFESTED with SCORPIONS! Hardly luxury at all. The apartments are small & overpriced. I brought the scorpion infestation to management’s attention several times. Management replied “This is Arizona. What do you want us to do?” Property manager was very smug.

As a resident from Versante Apartments I feel very happy to make the move. Claudia Richardson was my leasing agent and she was great help and always happy to assist me at any time. I highly recommend Versante.

The application process was very quick and the staff have been very nice and accommodating. The apartments are comfortable and the pool and gym are nice also.

Looking for a home in person is time-consuming. Looking for a home from a distance, is nerve-racking. Claudia and her team are AMAZING! My family is transitioning over to AZ from Hawaii and the process couldnt be simpler with this apartment complex. Researching everything online initially, Claudia made sure that the process was quick. From applying for the apartment to getting the lease ready, and online payment setup were a breeze. My husband left first and upon arrival was able to meet with her and pick up the keys as well as perform a walk through. I have received glowing reviews from the current tenant (spouse) lol. Will not be arriving for another month myself, however, wanted to leave this review for someone else who might be making a similar move and is looking for a place to call hime with peace of mind. Aloha!

Im surprised by some of the negative reviews. Ive never seen a scorpion here. Ive been here a little over a year and Ive had to kill 2 roaches in my apartment. Maybe it depends on your building. Ive never had an issue in the office. I find everyone to be quiet friendly. Id recommend living here. The only reason Id move when my lease is up depends on how much my rent will go up. :)

Safety & Management Issues:Initially I was pretty happy with this complex however as I have remained I have become thoroughly disappointed with the management. There was recently a stabbing in the parking lot. There were cops everywhere and when I asked management what happened there was no information provided. This happened ~1month ago and we have yet to receive any information on the safety of the complex.Additionally when I moved in I requested a copy of my lease on 3 different occasions but they were unable to provide it because the manager had yet to sign the lease. I recently tried to give my 30day notice, as my lease term is coming due, and was informed it is actually a 60day notice. I explained this was unknown to me due to still not having a copy of my lease and management has been unwilling to work with me on a mutually amenable solution for both parties. I guess after going to their corporate group I do finally have a copy of my lease, thanks. Local management has still yet to provide any information or even reach out to me.Based on the high number of complexes in this area, the safety and management issues at this complex I would highly recommend looking elsewhere prior to moving into this complex.

Such friendly and willing staff at versante! They listen to any concerns you may have and call to check on your move in. The apartments themselves are great with the convienance of all the local stores you need near by. I’m loving my apartment so far and glad I chose Versante!

We have lived here for a year and a half and so far we love the place. The staff in the office is good to work with and can be friendly. The maintenance crew is always on top of thing and keeping the complex clean and taken care of. They have a good landscaping crew as well who do there jobs very well. The apartments are well insulted and we cant hear any of our neighbors. The only reason I gave it 4/5 is because we are close to the street and traffic is very loud, there are a bunch of annoying UTI kids who can be ridiculous with there vehicles. Also our rent went up after our 12 months to signing a 6 month. I feel like the rate should have stayed the same or we should have been able to do month to month. Other than that it was a good place to live and would choose it again

Horrible apartment. You would be crazy to move here the staff are horrible. How is corporate not seeing these horrendous reviews? Very small. Over priced. Horrible customer service. Bug & Insect Infestation. Enough said!

I lived there for almost 2 years. Both apartments i was in the dishwasher didnt work very well. The first year I found 4 or 5 scorpions in my apartment within 3 months but after that didnt really see them. If you dont like loudness then this might not be the place for you. Universal Technical Institute is right down the street and students with louder cars do live here. Maintenance usually did good on fixing things on the first try. Another issue is vehicle break-ins. Multiple of my friends vehicles were broken into and a few days before I moved out my father in laws vehicle. This place really does have its ups and downs. The apartments are a tad small but they look very nice. You dont get towed as long as you read your lease and dont break the violations. The pool is a decent size. The front gates do break often as well

Best Apartments in Avondale. If we ever have a maintenance problem they are always fast to fix it. The gym could use some improvements . Not much equipment. The Random Inspections do get a little annoying and invasive. But overall very nice and clean place to live.

I love this apt so much! The staff there is amazing and they are truly friendly!, just the only down fall is, you do have a bunch of kids that live there with loud cars, and the kids do not seem to really care about other people sleeping but its nothing the complex can control, other then that great place to live!

Versante Apartments are a very well expected living area to vacate at. In the past Ive heard mixed reviews and the many issues people have stated previously I personally have never ran into myself in the 8 months so far that Ive lived here. Bugs in the apartment? Nope. Broken house tools and appliances? Nope. The only negative sides of Versante can easily be the fault of other residents such as certain occupants who leave their pets waste laying around and the different drivers who blare their sound systems. Other than those issues that come from individual residents, the apartment is great, kitchen finish is perfect, appliances work perfectly, and the staff and residents are very welcoming of all who come to the neighborhood.

How did my last post get erased from here? Maybe its because Versante doesnt want people to know how horrible they are!!! They have a serious scorpion infestation problem and blame you for living in Arizona when I in fact am from here and never had to be FORCED to live with Scorpions INSIDE my home!! They come from behind the bathroom sink, theyll be on your carpet on your ceilings its GROSS!!! The whole front office from boring desk job girls to upper mangement have NO customer service what so ever. They fool you into being all nice when you look at the place but once youve signed that lease, they will not take responsibility for any further issues. Its a total joke here PLEASE AVOID!!!!Also, No the payment plan did not work because we moved out due to your scorpion issue!! So Amanda Gonzales you can save your apologies because I sure as hell dont want to hear it. This place will still make you pay for wanting to terminate your lease because their apartment units are unfit to live in due to the scorpions. It took until me getting stung to finally be done with the place (sadly) even if that meant I had to pay to break the lease!

I’m very delighted with this place it’s well maintained, clean, looks amazing, and the staff was really helpful Hailey is very responsive and informative. It’s a location is really close to UTI where I go to school and everything is close by food places, gyms, highway, theater, and etc. I would personally recommend this place for anyone who’s moving here to avondale.

Good news: New management! Bad news: They are worse than the last.If you have an issue with another tenant who has harassed you physically and verbally once, then vandalizes your property for the second offense, good luck getting anyone in the office to care. Theyd sooner throw their hands up in frustration at you because YOU dont have a solution they like than have anything to do with reprimanding the offenders themselves. So, you know, your money you pay to be here doesnt pay them enough to care about your well being and safety.Also, scorpions.

Great location, beautiful apartments. Only bad thing is there is a homeless living in the gym area (sauna, gym bathroom) over night and when told management all they said was to call security. Very uncomfortable everytime I go to the gym in the morning. Hopefully with this review they fix it ASAP. It would be a shame to lose business because of it.

Horrible place. They say their luxury but there is always work orders than needs to be placed, scorpions seen on a daily basis inside the apartment, leaks and clogs. If this is what they call luxury I dont want it. Angie the manager is just very rude, snotty, and thinks she is better than anyone else. When you bring a problem to her attention, she has sly remarks and does a passive aggressive voice. Will NOT be coming back to stuck up people.

When I tell I was so dam glad to get out this over price apartment baby you all I have no clue the apartment was nice but that front office make sure yo dot ever I and cross ever t cuz they will leave you in the dark and then quick to tell you its not there problem

Infested with bugs and scorpions. But the worst part is he customer service! If some people were to be fired I think the place could be much better

We lived there for 1 year. We had cockroaches and spiders. There was only my husband and I in our 2 bedroom apartment but there were multiple families up to 12 people living living next door and around us. We ended paying extra for water based on shared building expenses. There were people that piled trash on their porch that resulted in the cockroaches. We had the exterminator come a few times but never seem to get rid of the pests. Plus theUTI drag strip as Van burden st was called was super noisy. So dont live there unless youre a UTI student.
