After spending 45 minutes with prompts on my IPhone with my insurance company I finally got a towing service coming to get me and my vehicle.To my amazement I received their call within 5 minutes of finishing with my insurance company. This company deserves NO stars, but the only way to post it is to give it at least one star. Called them on Monday asking to schedule my car to be tow to the dealer and was asked to call them Friday morning at 7am since they were on vacation. No problem. Called them this morning at 7 and again told them the car had to be at the dealer an hour away and was told they would do their best. Well 45 minutes before my car needs to be at dealer (an hour away) I call back and was told it would have to be later as they had things come up. What kind of service is that???? The only reason this company has the stars they have has to be from personal friends or themselves making the ratings. DO NOT RELY ON THIS COMPANY!!! Im 80 years old and really would appreciate honest people that stand by their word!

Had a flat tire in my BMW at Love Bugs in Sebring (my home town) I tried putting air it in (twice), before realizing the tire was shot ! Two nice guys with a lawn care business helped me change it and Tony from Red Line was parked right next to me (made sure those two guys knew what they were doing and also he was the one that got the tire released so we could get the spare on ! Without his assistance I probably would of still been there trying to get the tire off !! ((The irony in all this :: I am an emergency roadside agent for Agero)) but, very thankful for the help that I received from Tony & the lawn care guys !! 😌

I had to work with the owner to get a copy of my original receipt for reimbursement from AAA, as the driver just took a picture and texted it to me. WE broke down on a Saturday Fathers day weekend. We choose to be towed 150 miles that evening rather then have the driver miss time with his family or church on Sunday.Beware they charge 10% service fee for Credit Cards, I would understand 3% since thats what they get charged by the banks but 10% is excessive. I was not told by the driver that I could have paid by check and since we didnt even know what it was going to be until he delivered the vehicle, cash wasnt an option either. and I am not going to carry $400 cash on me these days anyway when digital is so prevalent.
