OMG they were so great! They had great customer service they spoke to me like we were family! Very grateful for Macklin Towing!!! One of my drivers got his tractor trailer stuck in some soft sand and Macklin was Johnny-on-the-spot and got him out in no time. Not to mention was at the site within 10-15 minutes. Very helpful considering my driver was almost out of his DOT work hours and still has a 90+ minute drive home. Thanks, Macklin Towing!!! Broke down in Lake Placid. Tow Truck #6 was there within 30 minutes. Excellent response time. Then, had to drive 79 miles to North Fort Myers. The tow truck was clean and smelled nice. The driver was sweet too. Highly recommend!

Had to have my car towed! Called this company they where there in minutes. The gentleman that towed me was very helpful, friendly and respectful. Long story short my engine was shot. They are going above and beyond to help me with another car. Seem to be a one stop shop.

They were rude. After we had a car accident and they towed it to their wreck yard. I went up to ar after market stereo system and speakers I had just put in my car and my son was disconnecting the system when she says HEY YOU CANT TAKE ANYTHING BOLTED DOWN THAT CAME WITH THE CAR AND I RESPONDED TO HER UGH its after market and its not bolted its wired.SHE was just nasty and I wouldnt recommend anyone to Macklins Avon park Fl.

This was the best experience Ive ever had a a auto mechanic! I origanally took my car another shop called Quick Lane near Walmart and they told me that they were unable to fix my brake and blinker lights that werent working because I had wiring issues and it was too much work for them AND I WAS CHARGED A FEE BY QUICK LAME 4 NOTHING !!! I was frantic because I didnt want the hassle of being pulled over or getting a ticket. I called EVERY auto shop I could find online! I finally found Macklin Towing and Auto Repair. They fixed my brake and blinker lights in 5 minutes cheaper than what I paid Quick Lane to tell me they couldnt fix it!!!! I refuse to take my car anywhere else from now on. Friendly and Honest, Low cost service! I got really lucky finding them.😁😁😁

Richard Macklin came out to the college to help me with a flat tire on Sat,. April 20, 2019. He checked for a spare and I didnt have one. So he took me to a tire place and helped me buy a used tire. Then he took me back to the college and put the tire on for me!! It was hot out and he went out of his way to help in the kindest way, especially because I was so upset and worried about getting back to Lakeland.
