My wife and I had a great experience at this Kay Jewelers location. Thank you Sari for your great customer service. Sari went out of her way to solve an issue we had with our online order . She explained everything to us and was very helpful.

I recommend this location and Sari, she was so helpful and friendly. My husband brought my engagement ring online and he received the wrong size . We went to our local Kay jewelers and they didn’t explain or offer us Options to fix the situation after having a rough and devastating day, feeling hopeless because the first location would not help us. My friend recommended me to go to the Aventura location, I spoke with Sari and explained everything that was going on and she went out of her way to fix the issue . We drove 1 hr but it was all worth it! I was able to leave with a beautiful ring . From now on my husband and I will be coming to this location and ask for Sari. She’s awesome ☺️💓!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My boyfriend and I came here to view rings and the customer service was AWFUL! First impressions are a lasting impression and we will never return here or any other Kay’s location for that matter. We went to Zales afterwards and received stellar customer service. Maybe this location should take notes!

Was greeted by an older gray-haired woman, who was extremely rude and belittling. I came in ready to spend and walked out the door in a heart beat. Shocked by this kind of treatment. Hopefully the Pembroke Pines location is nicer as Kays does have a nice selection.

I normally gets my jewelry from Zale not Kay.....it was my husband idea to come her never ever will I come here again.....the manger name ron is very very rude and hang up on customers after my husband done spend 1700 dollars in this store the manger have the neves to be nasty to the customers..Im filling a consumer complaint as well a complaint to the owner of the mall 💯he didnt even know who he was on the phone with corporate dont care so the mall owner will and she doesnt mind kicking any store out of her mall!!!!!

Purchased a necklace from Kay jeweler. Not sure how this is a jewelry store when everytime I get my necklace fixed, it breaks. It is always getting fixed so I can never actually wear it. Glad I bought the 80 dollar insurance so that I can get my necklace fixed for the third time. I have spent more time and money getting this fixed than I have wearing it. Garbage.

The service was impeccable. In the same day I was able to get a ring and get it sized. Both the sales person and manager went above and beyond and I could not say more how pleased I beyond Thank you for giving me a beautiful ring and sizing it. And they even polished my old ring to match! They helped us to have a wonderful ten year anniversary!

Avoid this Kay Jewelry. We sent our rings out to get engraving and soldered. The engraving was terrible and the manager tried to tell us you are only supposed to see it under the magnifying glass. The soldering job was horrible. We had to send our rings back 3 times. Finally after 31 days we got our rings and they still did not come out good. We made 6 trips there during the 31 days because they would not keep us informed. The jeweler needs to be fired and the entire staff is disorganized and unprofessional.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Especially this location! Worst customer service! When you don’t wear your boujee attire they won’t entertain you, they prioritize the fancy and luxurious looking people! I went here to have my watch strap adjusted, waited for more than 30min, people who came after me that looked fancy we’re accommodated first, nobody even said hi or have a seat first or even looked at me. This place and company doesn’t even deserve a star! I’m returning the watch and closing my account. Super extremely disappointed customer here!

Placed in the middle of the Aventura Mall. you cant miss it. The store got a little bit of old look, and the way they sell jewellery resembles that. And I would say, that is the right way to do things. The employees are very helpful and they will stick with you no matter how irritating and clueless you are. The guy took me through every process and details of buying a diamond, so much so that I consider myself a low level diamond expert. Lost one star because of the aged look of the store itself.

Ran Ayalon has the worst customer service !! Service center has disappointed me 4 times in a row ! I have bin coming here with my family for years . There new management is terrible i went in to buy a watch and rather take my business elsewhere due to the aggression in the managers voice he has no patience and is Lazy ! As long as he manages this location i will mever be back

Worst service ever. I left my watch for battery replacement. They said they need 5 minutes for that,after 35 minutes of waiting in store I have been told that watch is not working and they can not close it. So they have to send it out of store and I have to wait for 2 week plus the charge me 25$ for battery. Ended with broken watch and wasted money!!! Terrible terrible service!!!!

Isabel is a FRAUD. Told us the credit card would be interest free but forgot to mention there would be a deposit required before. Isabel also forced me to go to the mall 3 times because she couldnt get the ring size figured out. We called to see if we could do anything to change it and she said no. Dont ever go here. Super suspicious. Seems like someone is just trying to get their employee incentive for opening up a credit card.

This location has gotten worst at customer service , dropped me ring off 2 weeks ago to get resized and put my birth stone in they gate me a date I went to days after the date to pick it up and they had no idea where my ring was only to tell me it wasnt ready.
