Nice people with good range of jewelry collection

Jared Jewelry is not honoring the warranty at the moment by saying they don’t want to bring foreign jewelry into the store. Disinfectant would be easy but it is more cost effective to keep the staff small. This is a very fast way to lose customers.

I went in today, wanting to do some Christmas shopping. I wasnt aware of scheduling appointments because of covid. However, the staff that attempted to assist me was extremely rude! She treated me as if I could not afford anything in the store.(repeated response of We cant help you with that here.) Unfortunately I did not get her name, otherwise I would have no problem calling her out on her unprofessionalism. Some people need to evaluate their careers, because she was horrible!

Fantastic. Got what I was looking fore. A wide range of prices and jewelry types. Its surprisingly more affordable then the commercials let on. Now to bait the hook. I hope he likes it.

The place looks good inside, but professionalism is poor. I asked for ring resizing but they told that its impossible because its not gold but cooper with plating. I went to another jeweler and he confirmed that its gold with plating upon it and has done resizing without problem. So be careful when get advices from this store

I have yet to see a more unqualified staff, I was called to pick up my jewelry, it’s been an hour since I have arrived and nothing yet. Staff just keeps typing away at their iPads... I would not recommend coming to this store to my worst enemy!

Ive been in sales and customer service my whole life. Esther is truley an asset to your company. I had been working in my yard and went in my dirty work cloths. She treated me like I was the wealthiest person on earth. I do this whenever I purchase for the first time from any business. She exceeded my expectations. Im very picky and she was so patent. The staff at this location are just superb. From the moment you walk in to the moment that you leave, these guys just focus on you. My wife, daughter, & I just went in there to get our rings inspected since we realized that we needed to get it done before the month was over. We didnt have any of our paperwork on us since we live in New Jersey & were here on vacation. They looked everything up while my daughter played in the kids area. We even gave them our rings to get dipped (a service included in our warranty package) & picked them up 2 days later (they usually go it the next business day but we requested a specific day for pick up). The manager of the store followed up a week later to ensure that we had a great experience. It was just awesome customer service.

My husband bought my engagement ring from Jared in Aventura and I was so pleased we decided to buy our wedding bands there too. And I am extremely glad I did. I just go every 6 months to the store to refresh my jewels and they continue to look and feel like brand new.They always attend on you with a smile so from beginning to end the experience is always pleasant.

She was very sweet and patient with me as im very indecisive and asked questions about just everything. Once again I had to return my Pandora open-end bracelet for replacement. Two months after purchase one of the balls fell apart. Now seven months later, a ball again separated and fell off. So once again I had to take it in for replacement. I was greeted by one of Jareds staff - Jose - who assisted me with first locating my information in their system - my husband used his phone number and my name. After that process, I was presented with another new Pandora bracelet. Jose made the process simple and quick. At the end, he and other staff thanked me and stated that I should come again!

I purchased a necklace for a gift at Jared (19001 Biscayne Blvd, Aventura). I asked for the price and a lady who assisted me told it was 254.99$. When I came back home I did the search and found out the necklace was 199$ and she added 54.99$ as a service plan without even asking or mentioning it to the customer. This is such a low class sale practice I did not expect from Jerods. I understand they have to push selling their service plans but doing it without even telling a buyer just bad and deceptive. Item returned back and they lost my business.

A presumptious place but service was mixed. I used it for a repair and despite a lengthy protocol and payment in advance, when I came for the piece in the date indicated in the receipt it was not ready. When I came back for it I found the execution was wrong. It took me three trips, and again lengthy protocols, to get what I had requested

The staff was overly welcoming when they thought I was going to purchase my boyfriends engagement ring(s) that day, but after I slept on it I took a less conventional route and the overly nice and gushing over the rings ceased immediately, almost like if you’re wasting their time!

Some of the sales people have random shady things that they do with adding service charges. Its like the drive thru of jewelry stores. And dont go when its busy.

Horrible experience I was rushed through the whole process. I understand that its mothers day but I didnt expect to be treated so poorly.
