I have had these windows for about 12 years. I dont recall any major issues, when they were installed, as far as timeliness & professionalism. However, it has now been14 months that Ive been awaiting service on my lifetime warranty.. A couple of the locks dont work & The weather stripping, on the top of the window screens, has rotted. Now there is not a seal and bugs can get in the house. I had an appointment for someone to come replace them, about last June 2020. That was cancelled b/c the parts did not deliver. I have been in contact, via email, and was told that these would be fixed. Im STILL waiting. My last email do them was 6/21, again...Im waiting for a response.

Clear Choice Exteriors screened in our back porch. The job took a couple of extra days (one due to weather, the other Im not sure why), but it was well worth the wait. Its sturdy, looks great and doesnt seem at all like it was added after the house was a couple of years old. The crew asked questions during installation, instead of assuming what we wanted done. I appreciated that. Ray was on site both days to make sure that the work was being done to his liking (and ours). The pricing was reasonable, and the work well done. The crew left everything neat as a pin, too. No going behind them to clean up. We look forward to lots of pleasant, bug-free time on our back porch.

Over the last 4 years we have been replacing windows in our home. Last week we finally replaced the last 3 windows. We are pleased with the windows and the installers. We would recommend them to everyone.

Ray is a very reliable, honest and good person. His window installers were quick, efficient, careful, respectful and neat. I will use them next time I need work done; in fact, I’m calling tomorrow!

Clear Choice replaced all of our windows in 2008. Mr. Rabun Wilson and his staff were very profession and did a great job. 12 years later we had some fogging issues on one of the windows and they covered the warranty for the window and installed it. Mr. Wilson came out himself and repaired. Thanks so much Clear Choice!

Years ago (5years? or 7years?) I hired Clear Choice to replace all the windows of my 1950’s midcentury modern home in central Austin. I have been very pleased with my windows. A dramatic drop in air conditioning and heating bills was most welcome. Working with Ray and his crew was smooth and pleasant.So this brings me to now. I noticed that my front window was starting to cloud, meaning the seal had broken. I contacted Clear Choice and we immediately arranged to replace the affected window . They brought to my attention from their files that the window was still under warranty and it would be replaced at no cost.I now have the replacement window installed and I couldn’t be happier. Ray is as friendly as ever and his new secretary, Misti is sharp, easy to communicate with and on top of the details.

We had all 15 windows in our 1950s ranch style house replaced with Clear Choice Windows. Our existing windows were those old crank style windows that were so old and extremely thin and inefficient. I cannot believe how much our new windows have improved our sleep at night (no outside noises), safety, and lower electricity bills! Rabun Wilson and his team were extremely professional, helpful, attentive, and honest. I ALWAYS recommend them to anyone asking about replacement windows!

Windows have not held up, fogging, and parts of the frame have gaps. Additionally, I was supposed to get caps that never came AND they were installed shoddily. Company wont respond to my many contacts to have windows replaced as warranted.

I have used Clear Choice Austin since 2011 for various projects. The owner, Rabun Wilson, and all his crew has been fabulous!! Weve replaced all windows and doors in our 4200+ sq. ft. home. They were professional in their pricing, installation and ongoing service.
