Professional, timely installation of 13 windows and French doors. Every person we dealt with in person and on the phone was courteous, responsive, and professional. This company answers the phone! No long waits or getting transferred multiple time. There were a couple of factory defects but there was no problem getting them corrected. 100% pleased with the entire process. Windows and patio door look awesome!

Power did an excellent job from initial contact to job complete. We were provided with samples along their products, comparison to other popular models, detailed inspections, and pricing and finance options. No guess work involved, the entire process couldn’t have been easier.

Sales person was vey nice and thorough with information. But of course that is there job. After four hours of inspection and discussion of our roof. We received a quote of 67,000 dollars of roof repairs. It’s a Coincidence that when the gentleman inspected the attic alone for damage we never had any leaks to our home. But a couple of weeks later after Power left we had our first evening of rain and what do you know. We have a leak. I went up to the attic myself and found where the water was coming from. Looks as though a nail had been removed to cause a small leak. I’m just saying that this may be a good strategy to have you call them for the sale. Please whatever you do do not let them go alone in the attic. Stay with them if possible.

Very happy with Power Home Remodeling. Bought my house and the purchase inspector missed some rotten wood on my back door frame. Power made a door call. I was interested in the attic insulation and door services. They sent out an inspector and we walked the house. We found attic beams that were sweating quite bit (much more than was found by the purchase inspector). Because of the beams, I decided to get the heat barrier (included free blown-in insulation on top of my existing insulation) and the doors too. The work was done well and a follow-up Power Inspector came out to check on the quality of everything. Again, Im happy Power Home Remodeling came out to my neighborhood. Got some nice new doors and heat protection from the Texas summers in my attic.

Very process oriented and communicative!EDIT: The roofing process itself did not go well - we cancelled our contract to do our windows with them. After the contractors lied about re-using our rotted wood (we did not know until we climbed in the attic when they left, confronted them, and they admitted) we decided we could not work with them. Aside from that, cigarette butts were left all over my backyard. Finally, they fell through our roof 4 separate times.We were really excited to work with them, but for the quality of work and the price, we were let down.

Power is a great company. The did window replacement last year and new gutters this year. The salesman was friendly and knowledgeable. Low pressure and willing to work with you. Both installs were done professionally and in a timely manner. A follow up inspector comes out to check the work. I will use them again for roof replacement soon.

We did not use this company for our windows so this review is not about the quality of the product. We just wanted to give a forewarning about the presentation and time that goes into getting an estimate (over 2 hours!!!) Someone very professional knocked on our door offering us a free estimate for windows. We have been thinking about getting new windows in the future so we thought it couldn’t hurt to learn about their product. Both of the people we met were very professional and nice BUT the “free estimate” was actually an entire power point presentation about the company, competitors, window styles, etc! We just wanted to see the product and get an estimate. It was on a Friday night, our last date night planned before our baby was born and the person was very inconsiderate of our time. He kept going and going for over 2 hours! I called after to ask how long a free estimate takes to see if that’s usual and they couldn’t tell me. The representative said he wouldn’t be able to tell us how long it usually takes so it seems this is usual.

Like many of the one star reviewers, we got got...and they took off with MORE THAN THREE HOURS of our time.My husband and I were sweet-talked into making an appointment with a happy-go-lucky guy who called himself a glorified scheduler. He noted that we had condensation on our windows, which was a small issue that was cited during a home inspection. We were told that in addition to a window inspection, there would also be an attic installation inspection (which we needed) and a gutter inspection.The sales rep showed up at 4PM the next day and my husband met with her for the walk-around inspection. I was (visibly) finishing up on work meetings but that didnt stop the rep from tapping on my office window (from OUTSIDE) and trying to get my attention to say hello. She asked my husband several times if I was going to join them and every time he relayed that I didnt have time and that I was busy. (My husband later relayed to me that she barely looked in the attic or examined the gutters. She was primarily there to sell windows.)I emerged from my office around 6PM, surprised at how comfortable she made herself at our kitchen table, talking over an animated PowerPoint presentation to my visibly bored husband. I immediately asked if she could email us the video and she responded, No, the video is me! The presentation is full of bashing the competition and making claims about how exclusive their product is...all building up to the big reveal. At one point I asked her if she was going to stop talking about other companies and sell her own product. I told her that talking about the competition was confusing and diluting the presentation. Two more minutes, we were told. THEN SHE OPENED A SUITCASE FULL OF DEMO PRODUCTS. During this hands-on presentation, I gave her three reminders that my husband had an appointment at 7PM. At 6:46PM, he left to get changed. She tried to lure him back to the table with promises about a special first-visit price. He left anyway.I told her that I also had plans and needed to leave. Two more minutes, and Ill give you a quick quote. While she was putting the quote together, she started asking me personal questions and asking about photos around the house. I told her that I had to leave and went to change. I grabbed a bottle of wine and stuffed it into my bag. When I returned she asked me to choose a door design so that she could include a quote for the door, which has a window. I chose a random door and told her that her time was up. She was forced to quickly pack up. She tried to protest and said she was very sorry that we would get to hear about the first-visit price. I told her that I was sorry that her presentation lasted more than 3 hours. I asked if this was normal and she responded, It depends. Theres so many nuances in this process. Sure.She suggested that shed have to finish the quote in her car and I told her to leave it on the porch. I followed her out and locked my door at 7:12PM. And that bottle of wine I stuffed into my bag? I shared it with a friend while swearing to never open my door to un-solicited home improvement companies.

I read the reviews about this company after the intial sales pitch and signing up for a window install. I was a little worried about all the 1 star reviews but decided to see what happened after having my windows done. I had power install 17 windows and 1 glass sliding door. They were on time and incredibly polite and helpful during the whole process, I actually decided to have them do gutters for me as well. They even came out to do a second walkthrough after I had an issue with the door blind on one door not working, which was fixed in 5 seconds. They went ahead and asked if there were any other issues and checked everything for me agian to make sure. All in all, great company amazing customer service I recommend them as far as quality and service. If youre worried about the price just understand that this company does everything to make sure your warranty is exactly what they sell it as, a zero hassle warranty.

Power has done a great job, we used them for our windows and roof. Pretty fast instal, only little con is they didnt do a perfect job on cleaning up after. With dogs I was concerned with them getting cut or eating something they shouldnt that came off the roof or broken glass from the windows. But all and all did a great job and will 100% recommend them to friends and family.

I just had a terrible experience with Power. They came to my house around 4pm today to solicit a free home estimate for roofing and gutters which I agreed to. Should preface that Nick who came to the door was very friendly and personable. They had an opening for this evening at 5:30pm. They had different people call me to confirm my information and the last guy wanted my credit score for financing. I politely let them know that I didn’t want to provide that information before the estimate. And he was persistent he needed it before they came out. I just told them I’d rather wait to see what the estimate is beforehand so we skipped over it. Two minutes later someone else called me to let me know that they not only couldn’t come out tonight but they’re actually two to three weeks out and we couldn’t schedule it ahead of time. Obviously they were upset I didn’t share my credit score so they took me off the schedule. It left a very bad taste in my mouth so figured I would share the experience here in case they come to your door.

This has been a great experience from the very beginning. The sales person, Jaz, was very professional, had a great sense of humor and never pressured us into purchasing the product. She was very patient with us as well. The install crew is also very professional, polite, and did an awesome job installing and cleaning up after themselves.We strongly recommend this company and their product.

Power remodeling has replaced all of the windows and the front door, our electric bill went from $320 last July to $160 this July. The house is a uniform temp. I can actually open and close all the windows,and there isnt sunshine around the front door when it is closed. Sunshine doesnt mean hot room anymore. It makes a huge difference.

Management: you guys are making things really hard for your people to be successful. “Sell at all costs” is a failing strategy (see Boeing, Enron, Wells Fargo). Your seller didn’t fail to make the sale today. You did - by enforcing an irrational sales process that discourages listening skills and prioritizing customer needs. When you leverage car dealership sales tactics and offer four different types of discounts and price slashing techniques… the “family owned”, “integrity first”, and “honest price upfront” differentiation goes out the window. The last time I felt trapped in a sales funnel in the comfort of my own home, I was about 10 years old watching my mom try to get a Kirby vacuum cleaner salesman to leave our house.The seller who came to do the estimate was kind, professional, and technically proficient. I stated up front out of courtesy that I simply wanted a quote on one window, I wasn’t going to replace all the windows in my home. Step one was an iPad sales presentation which both my wife and I had to be present for. Lots of seller’s proof, competitor discrediting, ratings, customer successes, partnerships, references, Forbes “Great Place to Work”, etc. Seller did a great job with the delivery. Management: listen to your customers, man. If I’m not planning on buying windows today, why lead with a 30 minute presentation that’s 100% about your company?Inspection begins. Long break to show me how concerning and emergent the damage was. Inside “measurements” took an excessive amount of time. Many photos captured and highlighted as “critical concerns”. “What could happen if...? If it’s happening here, it’s happening everywhere” (time is of the essence, fear of doing nothing, slippery slope, etc.). Inspection” complete. “Just writing up the quote”. Kids going crazy, wife putting dinner on the table, I was visibly over the experience and offered multiple times for the seller to return at a later date or just skip the rest. Any rational seller would have offered to come back or pick up the pace – if that seller wasn’t pressured by upper management to ruthlessly get to yes. Seemingly low empathy and emotional intelligence but I know better - Seller is a bright, sharp man. Seller digs in. We have not arrived at “the close”.I ask the seller to just send me the quote over email. 20 minutes later: a science exhibit… “ I just want to show you…”. An engineering sales presentation: “superior”, “state of the art”, “fiberglass”, “British Thermal Units”. I had to stop him and tell him that I understand the science, it’s a great product, way better than competitors, and may I see the numbers. More lengthy iPad notes which were then transposed into manual pen-whipped math on paper. Recommendation: automate this, Power. It’s 2021 and your seller has an iPad on 5G.30 minutes later. Seller begins to close with pricing in the competitive market. “But wait there’s more, commit today we can drop the price to x”. For a third time: I’m not buying today. He provides three or four alternative pricing options with different variations of the same quote, just split in smaller increments. “I’m just going to re-write this”. Re-writes the new quote onto a new form. I decline. Seller “goes to get a business card” out of his car and comes back with great news from his manager who has an even better price if I’m willing to buy something (anything) today so long as I let them take photos during the project. This cuts the price significantly. I’m If I dont buy today, Ill never be eligible for this promotion ever again in my life (fear of losing out).Seller eventually accepts no for an answer and takes it like a champ. Great dude. The one window that I wanted to get a quote on didn’t make it into the total quote (not the seller’s fault). I see this as a free 3 hour seminar on window 101 and how not to sell. It could have been completed in 30 minutes. Power, your company was represented today by a professional who is constrained by your sales process. Youre failing him.

So grateful others took the time to provide reviews. Will not even consider this company. Grateful I did not lose hours for a same day sales pitch. Same day only decisions for thousands of dollars - we never decide on anything over a set amount without 24 hours to think about it. Any company that will not honor a quote for more than that day is not a company we would use.

Shoot! Really wanted to use this company to upgrade my windows. I made an appointment and expected it to take about an hour as that is what both the door to door guy said and the lady who confirmed the appt on the phone said. What I got was almost 3 hours of non-stop sales pitch even when I asked him repeatedly to not put me through all of that. Finally, I said that our time was up and he could follow up later. As I was walking him out, he mentioned that I really wasted his time. He also mentioned several times how much money he made and that he was richer than his clients. I dont want to be sold to in this way regardless of the product.

If you are the type of person that wants to be able to compare quotes and do your due diligence before committing to a $15-20k investment, do not call these people for an estimate. We scheduled what we expected to be a 2 hour appointment for a quote. It turned into a 5 1/2 hour hard sell. The salesman was nice and courteous. The product seems great. They provided us with a quote that is good for a year along with another quote that amounted to about $500 less per window that was available only if we signed up during the initial appointment. We were told that if we called to accept the quote, even the following morning, the price for our project would go up by $4000 and the payments, if we chose to finance, would be doubled. We informed the salesman repeatedly that this was our first quote and we needed to do our due diligence before committing to this investment. Still, he persisted with the hard sell. Its unfortunate that this company has this type of sales policy. We probably would have gone with them, had they given us a few days to get a couple of additional quotes.To Power Home Remodeling: You should consider extending your same day offer to a week. This would allow your potential clients to do their research so that they can feel confident about accepting your terms.In this case, you lost a potential client that probably would have recommended you to others. No telling how much business this ridiculous sales strategy has, and will continue to cost you in the future. Our experience, frankly, bordered on traumatic by the time it was over.

Fast forward to 4 weeks later and four windows were replaced in 2 hours and no mess was left behind. Friendly staff. The crew took proper social distancing precautions while installing...Were having them come back to replace our Patio Door with a more energy efficient unit as it gets heavy afternoon sunlight which makes our dining room warmer than wed like.

I recently had my 16 windows replaced through this company. The process was smooth from start to finish. John was very thorough in explaining the process and product. I did not feel like there was any hidden fees or agenda, just straight facts. A pre inspector came out to confirm measurements and again told me what to expect on the install date. The installation went smooth and Charlie and Mike were great with all their information. These windows are very well made and were a great investment for me. There were several things that seemed off about my first interaction with this company. It seemed very high pressure to schedule just an estimating appointment to measure windows. But honestly, it was the continual insistence by multiple individuals that my husband be there for the appointment that raised the most amount of red flags. Does this company not realize that women are capable of being present for an estimation? Do they not realize that some women make the financial decisions for the household? Do they not realize that some women may be homeowners without husbands? Ultimately, I decided to find a company that was not quite as sexist.

Ive had them out now for two jobs, and have been impressed both with every interaction Ive had with every employee as well as the excellent quality of their product. Rachel, Matt and Jason were all amazing. They each arrived in a timely fashion, answered all our questions, and talked us through options for color . Rachel also was super helpful when one of our windows came damaged when it came to scheduling a time to be replaced.

Great service and experience. Both the initial offer and the follow up after install- everyone, was funny, relaxed yet very professional.Thorough from beginning to end. Best part is not having to do all windows at once... but groups of 3. Had to have full AC be replaced this year so $ is tight.
