I have stayed at Lodgewell multiple times, and there’s a reason I keep going back.The team has always been professional and pays great attention to detail. A lot of care goes into preparing the homes. When we arrived, there were complimentary refrigerated water bottles, skinny pop, and chips and salsa waiting for us!Our stay was seamless and we didn’t encounter any issues. The excellent location, comfortable stay, and hardworking and responsive team will bring us back to Lodgewell the next time we visit Austin!

Great spot - central to everything (East and west 6th, Congress, etc.). We didn’t have any issues with noise either. Lodgewell messaged us to make sure everything was good once we checked in…and even left a few snacks for us. Perfect for the weekend away that we wanted!

We had a great 5 night stay! It was perfect for our needs and very clean. The owners were very nice as well. We will definitely stay there again!

I like everything about Lodgewell! Whether I need an in town or lake weekend retreat, or extra space for visiting family, they always have the perfect spot for me at the best rate!And, such unique, cool spaces, I even use them for my business to host VIP dinners, HHs and panel events. They are my secret sauce when I need a wow factor...and they deliver!!

Great hosts! Conveniently located in downtown so it was easy to walk everywhere. So happy there were snacks available when we entered. Very well thought out. There are motorized scooters everywhere in the area so we were able to travel around town easy without taking Ubers. The open space concept was refreshing. Loved that we would chill in the living room area and later go to bed upstairs. When we arrived we had trouble entering the room but we just texted the host and it took them 5 minutes to come up and help us. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks!

The Bloomhouse has to be one of the most unique places my wife and I have ever stayed. I would recommend it for anyone wanting to spend some time in Austin, or for those seeking a good home-base for a tour of the Texas hill country.Accommodations were great, location and scenery were fantastic and communication was consistent and clear!I would recommend booking through Lodgewell (and booking The Bloomhouse specifically) to any of my friends and family.

Enjoyed a truly amazing stay at the Bloomhouse in Austin.There are so many uniquely wonderful things about the house that it is difficult to compare it with any other lodging. It is a genuinely immersive experience from the moment the building first enters your field of view until you (reluctantly) climb the winding path back to the everyday world as you depart. Let me just say: in 64 years on planet Earth, I have never slept in a more fully-realized piece of architecture than the Bloomhouse.Profound thanks to the owner for making the investments of time, energy, dollars and vision necessary to keep this unique and essential piece of Austin’s past, present and future alive and well.Likewise, sincere thanks to Lodgewell for their obvious commitment to providing the day-to-day care, oversight, and attention to detail that such a work of visionary art deserves. The house is impeccably maintained, extremely clean, and unusually well-stocked with both essentials and thoughtful conveniences.Lodgewell’s communications and availability are excellent without intruding in any way on their guests’ ability to fully experience the house without distraction.Beautifully done and immensely appreciated!

We love staying in the Littlefield Lofts. You can’t beat the location. Loved walking around downtown and finding great places to eat. The loft was plenty big for our family of 5. The large floor to ceiling windows with an awesome view of downtown was a favorite for our kids. We made a couple meals at the loft too and had everything we needed. We want to try out some of the other Lodgewell locations after staying in the Littlefield Lofts.

Initially we were trying to go to Austin for a buddy of mines bachelor party but unfortunately had to reschedule due to Covid. We were told that rescheduling would be fine (however we were never told a date anything had to be booked by) a couple weeks back we tried to get in touch with Chereen about rescheduling the same place and we’re then told our credits had “expired”. This company (which now goes by a new name) still has over $2,000 from us that we just now can’t get back or anything. Pretty piss poor customer service in my opinion, we have also been told multiple lies by Chereen who supposedly runs this company. Real piece of work out of this lady treating people like this. All in all, think twice about booking with this company.

One of the worst and most unethical companies I have ever dealt with. They changed their name last year if that tells you anything about how bad their reputation got during the first few months of the pandemic because they refused to be flexible and allow people to move their dates. We didn’t even want a refund, we just wanted the flexibility to be able to book once the pandemic is over and Austin was reopened. They ripped off so many people from the pandemic including us. Their old name was top trip rentals. Im sure they have an excuse for changing their name but the truth is it’s because they ripped off so many people and needed a fresh start to go rip off more people. They are notorious for deleting reviews on Google and Facebook. We have caught her in several lies over the phone. I’m sure the properties are nice, but you better keep your fingers crossed a pandemic doesn’t hit because Chereen will not be flexible. Use any company but this company.

Chereen Chereen Chereeen, why must we play this game again. Welcome to Lodgewell, the lodge of broken promises. We were promised a refund when covid hit and here were are trying to book our much anticipated trip 1 year later with no refund. Do whats right and refund our money.

Location is decent (if you dont mind homeless people), decent value. They will charge you $30+ if you leave something behind, so dont leave anything behind (other AirBnB places dont charge anything but shipping costs). If you are between here and another place, go with the other.

We were unable to use our reservation when Austin was shut down due to coronavirus . Chereen told us there would be no refund , We should all share the financial burden of Covid together. After we dropped her google rating to an all time low she promised us a stay once things opened back up. Now she is retracting her offer to allow us to stay with the money we already paid her . SO WE R BACK! Taking the google review to an all time low rating ! DEFUND CHEREEN!!!

I wish I could give zero stars to this worthless entity.As we have finally reached the light at the end of the dark, grimy pandemic tunnel, we had hopes of sending what the Texans call my compadre Pat off into marriage bliss with one last hurrah as a single man. Nothing crazy, just drinking ourselves into oblivion and enjoying some quality time with the boyz in the fine city of Austin, Teh-has.Considering we have been locked up in isolation for over a year we were all super jazzed for this low key kick back. Imagine our disappointment when we found out, with zero notice or warning, that our reservation had been cancelled.I understand circumstances beyond our control could cause a hiccup in our grand plans. With prior warning and notice, we could have simply arranged a backup plan in Gods country- Branson, Missouri.However, Chereen refuses to refund our $2,000. I cant be the only one that thinks this is wrong, right? I personally think this is immoral and unethical. Its safe to say the Lodgewell and their staff are the most inept, dense, idiotic, brain-dead group in the state of Texas. Not to be rude, but in the state of Texas, thats tough to accomplish.I have attempted to contact Chereen multiple times to try and resolve this. Guess what I got.....ZERO response! Its at this point where I feel like I must get my attorney involved if a resolution is not made for at the MINIMUM, full reimbursement.Chereen, I hope you read this and you reconsider your career in the hospitality management field. You simply dont have the mental capacity or the communication skills to properly serve your clients. I heard UPS is hiring. Theyve got great benefits.

Went to use my credit form 2020 that I was promised and was told that I couldn’t book a visit or have a refund! A year worth of saving for a vacation stolen blind!! Once a thief always a thief! Pitiful people these days.
