Staying at Live Oak Lodge was nothing short of amazing. Tristin was there to answer any questions and was extremely helpful and accommodating before our group arrived, as well as during our stay. We were with a group of 17 girls and the space was truly perfect. It was spotless upon arrival and the exact vibe we were looking for while staying in Austin. The rooms are spacious and super comfortable, but I have to say the big show stopper was the outside space. Not only is there a gorgeous pool, but there is plenty of seating with couches off the patio and a whole yard space with picnic tables and outdoor games. Whether you are traveling with friends or family this place has it all and is a 10/10!

We stayed at Chelsea House.  We had a family event and all fit comfortably in this 5 bedroom house.  It’s literally IN downtown Austin, minutes from every restaurant and bar we went to.  The pool & hot tub & fire pit was so nice.  We enjoyed our days in the back yard and our nights downtown.  We couldn’t have asked for a nicer, more enjoyable stay.

Great location! This was the perfect set up for our group of 10 executives for our quarterly on-site meeting. We could get to our dinner venues downtown within 10 minutes, and yet appreciate the private nature of the homes location. Having the pool table, poker table, and all the outdoor games were great while waiting for others getting ready or relaxing. Would highly recommend.

Extremely professional company. We never had to stress about travel - they were extremely accommodating regarding early check ins. Not to mention the properties are beautiful. We’ve stayed at both La Hacienda and Stepping Rock. We enjoyed our stay at both properties and will be back again soon.

My family and I loved this company! We stayed at one of their homes for a weekend getaway coming from Dallas and it was beautiful. It is located in one of the best areas in Austin and just 10 minutes from downtown. Will definitely stay here again for my next trip to Austin!

We will definitely use this company next time we need a large vacation rental home in Austin. They were so easy to work with and made sure all of our questions were answered. The house was stocked with everything we could possible need—I’ve never experienced this before with a rental home. Usually we have to run out for dish soap and sponges and paper towels—not with this company, they take care of everything.

This is my second time to stay at a house with Nest.  This time we stayed at Live Oak Lodge.  While it’s secluded, we didn’t have to drive far to get to downtown Austin, great distilleries, wineries, and breweries.  It’s smack dab in the middle of everything you would want to experience during a weekend in Austin. The entire house, the landscape and the back yard pool area is so tastefully done.  Needless to say, we have never struck out when using Nest for our lodging needs.

We stayed at La Hacienda for my sister’s bachelorette party and had a wonderful time! The property is absolutely stunning and 15 minutes from downtown Austin! Tracey and her team are very attentive. If we needed they were on site to help us out. Thank you for making our weekend a remarkable one!

I had a girls trip at Stepping Rock in Austin, TX. This home was absolutely to die for! So many perfect details inside and out. We loved our stay and the point of contact, Gia, was so helpful. Will for sure be staying here again our next trip to Austin!

Using Nest vacation rentals was such a great experience. We worked with Gia she was extremely professional, accomodating, and responsive. I recommend anyone to use Nest. Especially if they are being accomdated by such great personnel like we have. 5 stars!

We booked one of their luxury rentals in Austin for a 15 person bachelor party 8 months before the travel date. They waited until weeks before the check in date to cancel our reservation when there is little to no availability left for a group of that size and the prices have tripled. Stay away from this company unless you want to be blind sided right before your trip.
