For someone who has been with other agencies and childcare providers no one compares. Their attention to detail and making sure both family AND nanny are happy and comfortable makes them stand out above the rest. They make you feel valued as an employee. The office staff are so friendly and attentive they make it easy to talk with them.If you are looking to work at the greatest place for child care look no further I promise they won’t disappoint.

I love being a sitter for this company! I have been working with this management team for THREE YEARS!! The management is the absolute best! They are very easy to communicate with and do their best to make sure you work the amount of hours you want while keeping to the schedule that you choose!! The management team cares a lot about the sitters and they make sure we work with families that are just as kind and respectful as we are expected to be. They also reward us when families go out of their way to tell them how wonderful we are, which truly makes me feel appreciated. I don’t see myself leaving anytime soon!!

We have been using College Nannies, Sitters and Tutors for about 7 years (previously Moms Best Friend). I have consistently been impressed with the high-quality nannies that have come to our home to work with our children. It may seem a bit scary to have a stranger come into your home and watch your children, but they do a thorough job of doing a background check and a rigorous interview process. My kids LOVE having a nanny come and it makes leaving them at home so much easier! Even on short notice, they have been able to find a sitter for us. I cant say enough good things about them and recommend them highly!

This sitting service is amazing! I have 2 boys under the age of 5, and I discovered this service shortly after having my second. The sitters have all been extremely professional, kind, and good with the kids... I just wish I had discovered it sooner! The app is user friendly to schedule the dates and times you need sitters, and you receive a confirmation email upon requesting a sitter and when the sitter is booked. Emailing and calling them also works to request sitting services. Thank you for all your help!

We had a gap in child care of 3 days before my return to work but before our more permanent childcare was set to begin; this service was so helpful in providing us competent, lovely sitters for those 3 days and it was so reassuring to know that they had been through a thorough screening process. It is a little pricey for long term use but the reassurance of thorough screening and the efficiency of the placement made it well worth it!
