I got my transcript from my old cedar valley college sent to you last time. I need to sent my red oak high school transcript and my graduated from June 7,2009 diploma to you. How can I get fasa online and get my deaf waiver free. Mine start in August 2016. I would like to get online for computer class here. What computer class you have. I take two class at time.

I WOULD NOT PAY FOR ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANYI worked the whole summer to pay for my SAT classes that was guaranteed to get me a higher score. After paying for classes, everytime my class was supposed to begin it was pushed back for some unknown reason. Which meant that I had to take my SAT late which made the whole entering into college progress that much harder. To go on i went to their downtown Austin office.(that when I called the number it was a dead dailtone) When i arrived it was completely empty with one man inside who seem to think that the homeless people that came near the building were less then( He said was in medical school to be a DOCTOR). I finally got books in the mail three weeks before school started back up. I felt defeated after I notice that more then half of all the money that I scrubbed toliets for was gone. I tried many different numbers to get in contract with their company. They told me, I could not get my money due to their policy( hang up in my face once, several of their people gave some of the worst customer service I ever had) Apparently I was place in a online class that I was not told about( this is after the cancellation of three GROUP classes) which was the reason I could not any the money back for a service payed for and did not receive.

Take all your money and piss on it, then flush it down the drain. It would be a more rewarding experience than doing business with Kaplan. The reviews are true that they only care about your money not your education or future, etc. While some test prep material is good, they are way over priced and their projections (score) are inaccurate. Because I didnt get anywhere near the projected score I was expecting on the GMAT, I was told by one customer service rep that I could repeat the online prep course for 50% of the cost. When she transferred me to someone who could actually sign me up, they said they werent honoring that quote from the previous rep. Asked for a manager, still have not received a response to this day. Worthless. Thank God the school Im trying to go to now has an alternative process for people who cant/dont do well on standardized tests, but are otherwise good candidates. Oh and dont be surprised when half the people you talk to are rude as hell - they dont value customer service at all (as if that wasnt already clear).
