They trimmed my trees a year or two ago and did a job. They had a professional arborist who knew what he was talking about and made sure our trees stayed healthy and beautiful. I am recommending them to a friend who had another company come out and not finish the job. I am confident Austin Tree Service will finish the job better than the other guys would have. Keep up the great work. We plan on calling again once we need another trim.

I used Keep Austin Green/ Austin Tree Service for some trimming and tree removal. The Team worked well and very fast, what impressed me that I was not expecting was they cleaned up the leafs that fell off my dead tree, and cleaned the street from saw dust. I would give 5 stars, with only a few improvements - they were set to begin trimming a neighbors tree that was not on their diagram and English seemed to be a problem, but hey maybe its me that need sot learn Spanish. They are rapid at what they do and worked with a smile, I would advise you are present to help guide them on how much trimming you are comfortable with Adam was great and helpful and communication was professional and accurate. I would recommend them again and when I need service again I know who I will be calling.

Adam came out to assess our needs and was kind enough to let me know he would be running behind schedule. He arrived and we walked through the work to be done. I could tell he really cares for trees and nature which really matters to me. My trees were in desperate need of attention and his team cleaned up 4 trees and removed a young cedar elm that had been planted in a terrible spot and not cared for by previous owners.Price was comparable to others but the care and attention given to the job made this a standout experience!

I couldnt be more pleased with Austin Tree Service. They provided a detailed bid and not only followed it to the letter but even over delivered. Adam their tree arborist exhibited extensive professional knowledge and made me very comfortable my trees were taken properly care of which is important given the value they offer my property. Cutting and trimming trees can be done by anyone with a chainsaw but if you want professionals to take care of your investment then I recommend Austin Tree Service.

I have a 4000 sq. ft lot (only about 1000 with the house) and only 4 trees. Paid over $800 to have them trim the trees in August, and now it is early November --- and we are having the same issues. They went back out, and are going to charge us another $600 to do the work they should have done 3 months ago.I can understand if they accidentally missed some limbs, but they did such a terrible job the first time that they are trying to charge us to redo it.Do not use this company.

Most unprofessional and inefficient tree service i have ever used. I had an appointment for them to come inspect my home, which they showed up over an hour and half late for. Left trash in my front yard! Just simply rude and very low energy levels. I would not recommend!

Whos the douchebag who was driving the white Ford Focus this morning? Hes a douchebag. Never good for business when you try to act like a tough guy on the road in a company branded vehicle. If you cant drive responsibly how is anyone expected to trust you on their property with chainsaws and other dangerous equipment?

Three trips to complete what was bid because the guys doing the work didnt speak any english to understand what trees to trim.

Did a great job with my trees.
