These guys were OUTSTANDING!!! They immediately answer the phone, they were friendly and professional. They were able to get to the vehicle that I needed towed within an hour. And they promptly delivered that vehicle exactly where I needed it to be exactly when they said it was going to be! If you are reading this and wondering why its a 5-star review when all they did was exactly what they said they would do, then you obviously havent worked with many tow companies. Tonight I had a very stressful situation, someone stole my car keys. I called this tow company and they treatment me as a woman with the most respect, made sure I was safe and got to me very fast. We have large box trucks and unfortunately for us, this was our second time using Quick Tow. We were fairly new to Austin the first time we needed a rig towed about 6 months ago. This time around I knew who to request our office call to get us out of a jam. Theyve made a customer for life. Quick Tow is exactly that, Quick Tow. Pricing is upfront and more than fair. Inside sales staff is knowledgeable and understanding. Not the best feeling in the world having a breakdown and searching for a wrecker. Quick Tow took much of that pain away today.

Mike came out to tow our car, which we hadnt driven since mid-way through covid. So... we found a wasps nest under the hood. So embarrassing... Mike was so nice about it, and he helped get the hood up - together, we were able to spray the wasps.Afterwards, we jumped the car and we got it moving. Once he drove off, I realized that the spray is corrosive to the paint on the car, so I called him. He said he would take some water he had in the car to try and clean it up.Thats two times he went above and beyond what I would expect, as well as being super nice & knowledgable throughout the work. I could not have had a better experience. Thanks Mike.

They were quick in service and got my car all the way to other side of Austin in a good time. Their customer service was on point and they were amazing in helping me get to where I needed.

Took about 30 minutes from the first call to hear from the driver. Driver gave a 20 minute estimate for getting there. Showed up 70 minutes later. Once he got there he was polite and seemed very capable. I wouldnt refuse to use quick tow again but they wont be my first call for service either.

Had a late-night experience with Quick Tow and Alex came out, got me hooked up and had me out of trouble in about 20 minutes. Very professional, very careful with my vehicle and knew exactly what he was doing. Unlike some companies he didnt just throw a couple of chains on my truck and hope what he was going to do was going to work. He took his time, studied the situation and then put his plan into motion. I was very impressed. I hope I dont ever have to use a tow / wrecker service again, but if I do and its in Austin, theres only one company Im calling.

I called for a tow and a man named Nick answered and told me it would be a wait for a tow bc they had a few tows ahead of me which is fine. I didnt mind because he was pleasant and explained everything ahead of time but they ended up being faster than expected! The driver who picked me up was named Alex and he was super nice and quick. All around awesome service and for a fair price. Will only be using this tow service from now on!

We had a tricky situation in my steep, looping driveway where a car had gotten stuck on one of our retaining walls. QuickTow showed up in ~20 minutes, and the driver was able to skillfully maneuver his truck to be able to shimmy the stuck car off the wall. Not only did he free the car, we were able to then move it away from the wall with no additional damage. It was a masterclass in the craft. Thank you QuickTow!

All I can say is WOW! If I could give 10 stars I would! Entire process was smooth and they delivered on what they promised! We called from an impound facility requesting to get my daughters Jeep towed from Austin to San Marcos. Spoke to dispatcher who told me he had a driver not too far from the facility and said it might be about 15 to 20 minutes. Alex arrived within 5/10 minutes. He was professional, courteous and agreed to send us a text once our daughters car was delivered to the repair shop so we did not have to drive to San Marcos. They loaded her Jeep on a flat bed, we signed off on his handheld device and received a receipt via email instantaneously! These guys have their act together.We will be locking in Quick Tows #for our daughters attending college @ UT & TXST just in case. Its beyond reassuring to know that if anything happens, they will go above and beyond to take care of it! Thank you again Quick Tow & Alex for a job well done! My only issue was I had to wait quite a while in 100 degree weather. Was told 30-45 minutes and it took over an hour to get to me. They said this was because they were on a job before mine that took longer than expected. They were knowledgeable and courteous and delivered the car to the destination without a problem.

My truck was held at their impound lot. I spoke with owner many times. I had trouble getting money to retrieve my truck, owner seemed to be nice and understanding. He agreed to allow as much additional time as needed to pay the fees. However when due to their own neglegence, an electricity pole fell on my beautiful truck smashing the roof and door and breaking windshield. The owner quickly transfered title into his name and claimed that since I had not stayed in communication with him, he had the right to do so. Yes, there are time paremiters allowing impound lots to take possession, but doing so is optional not mandatory. He took possession in order to keep from repairing my vehicle that was damaged by the neglegence of an employee. I had to buy my truck back from him. After I paid and signed paperwork, I discovered he had stolen all my tools and personal items that were in my truck and he had also stolen my battery. Expect them to be shady and lie as needed on their part rather than honest and fair.

Broke down outside of Bee Caves with some mechanical wheel issues. They had a truck to me within 15 mins. Driver was professional and friendly, knew exactly how to do his job. Helped me get my truck into the driveway. My battery died on the way home because of hazard lights, driver was fully prepared and had a charged booster pack.I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends.
