Unfortunately, Not coming back. Great Location! We waited 20 min -to be seen and because I called. We had arrived 15 min before the appointment. On top of it, They would NOT do the cleaning b/c the dentist wanted to do the exam first (later I realized because she had to leave. ) The person that did the cleaning left all the “paste” he used on the teeth. Compared to our previous dentist/ hygienist-not a great experience.

Dr Wylie is amazing. Super professional staff and a really cool office setup. I had a toothache that needed a bit more immediate attention and Dr Wylie got me in same-week for a quick appointment. Highly recommend anyone to go see her and her staff.

Virtually no wait time. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Office space clean and attractively decorated. Worked me in on an emergency basis when I had lost a filling. About as ideal experience at a dentists office as one could hope to have.

I hate going to the dentist. I LOVE coming here! I have some sensitive areas and get anxious and feel vulnerable in the chair but Daniela and Dr. Wylie and staff are awesome at explaining things and making me feel comfortable. Great clean amenities with cool decor, and TV with Netflix and Wine to Chill. If you gotta to the to the dentist, you gotta go here!

Great people. Very friendly yet professional. Upbeat décor, not your typical clinical feeling office. Very conscious of my comfort levels during all procedures. My only complaint is with the chairs. And this is a personal issue that may not apply to most people. Im 5-3 tall and the chairs are clearly meant for someone around 5-6. The lumbar support is quite pronounced and apparently is not adjustable, and is in the wrong position for me. They did try to make it more comfortable for me with a blanket and by adjusting the head rest. But I was in that chair for a little over 2 hours and my back was sore for about a day and a half after my visit.

Really appreciate this dentist office. Everyone is very nice and considerate. Also like the TV setup as it helps relax.

I have always been a little wary and anxious going to the dentist. Enamel in Lantana was absolutely amazing and changed that in one visit. Dempsey in the front was so attentive and on top of everything, Jeff who took me to the exam room was kind and so calm, and Doctor Patel explained everything and showed my my X-rays and involved me in a treatment plan.It was such a great experience. I was referred to Enamel Dentistry by my friend/neighbor. The process was so easy and fast to set up an appointment, even as a new patient. They also offer great options on teeth whitening! From the time I pulled up, to the time I left, everyone was so nice, accommodating and helpful with telling me what was about to happen or answering all of my questions. Colin and Rebecca were so great- calming, informative and so nice. The space is very clean and modern, they provide sunglasses while you lay back (due to the ceiling lighting and the head lamps) for the cleaning. They have TVs on the wall and ceiling so you can watch Netflix while waiting or while the cleaning is happening. Overall a wonderful experience and I would recommend them to all of my friends.

I used to hate going to the dentist and would only go when I had a tooth emergency. I sent an email inquiry to Enamel and within three minutes I had a response from Jasmine. She was amazing! She was quick to respond and very insightful. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. He was awesome. Dr. Wylie is great. She answered all my questions, was really nice. The entire staff is amazing. They made my experience at the dentist actually enjoyable. I have definitely found my new dentist. Friendly staff, efficient and professional. Originally gave this place 5 stars . Reducing because of insurance practices. During my April visit I spent a lot of the time waiting for insurance info. My insurance sent an EOB promptly, and when I went for my followup I asked that the $70 I overpaid on my first visit be credited to the follow-up. This was refused- staff said they hadnt received payment yet. Called to follow-up after EOB for second visit was received showing I was owed another $46 - was told they hadnt received any payments but would check on my insurance and call me back (whic h they never did) Called my insurance and was told to have dentist request payment be re=issued. Left message on web page for staff at end of May requesting this be done. June 28 called dentist and told payment had been made and account closed. Asked about refund and then was told they hadnt received payment. Insisted that they check, and was then told they had received electronic payment but they cant process electronic checks, had requested a paper check from the insurance for the April visit and were still awaiting payment on the May visit. It is the end of June and I am still awaiting refund of my $116 overpayment.

The office is state of the art, the technology is brand new and top notch, the covid procedure was excellent, every square inch of the office is clean, the vibe is contemporary and professional. The staff are SO friendly. The process was streamlined and efficient. My dental hygienist was fantastic. I can’t say enough great things about this place. It was 1 of a kind. 10/10 would recommend. I was pleasantly surprised as I have been going to one dental office since I moved to Austin; 24 years. I only changed because my dentist would not shave down three implants. I had sores on my tongue for ten years and the doctor who did them was gone.Well to make this shorter I loved the employees as they were friendly and helpful in every way. The dentist, Dr Wiley, solved my problem and she is doing my crown now. Everything is pretty and,classy and a pleasure to go to. And they followed all COVID-19 challenges. Yea !!

I love this practice! The staff here are all very nice and do their best to make you comfortable. I have gotten my teeth cleaned here twice now, and the cleanings were the easiest I have ever had and were not painful whatsoever. I was suspicious they didn’t really clean my teeth since I felt no pain, but could definitely feel a big difference afterwards in how clean my teeth felt so they are definitely skilled. They do not try to push products like I’ve experienced at other dental practices. Highly recommend!

These guys are awesome. I was a client of another dentist’s that referred me to do an extraction. In despair for a second opinion I called these guys... they looked at my x-ray for free. Confirmed the inevitable, but at least now I can say goodbye to my tooth without remorse...knowing I did what I could to try and save it. Unfortunately they were booked for the day and it was a get it-done-today kind of emergency so I had to go elsewhere.I can certainly appreciate someone “breaking” their normal process just to help someone that’s not even their client yet.Thanks a lot! You have my business!Update.So I left my dentist to go to this place because we had an ‘accident’ and he pulled the wrong tooth and refused to fix it. Isn’t life funny sometimes 😢This kind of stuff actually happens In broad daylight!Fast forward to today. Mid May...my tooth is starting to hurt again and I have to seek help again. So I called this office since they were so helpful over the phone and email. Scheduled an emergency extraction. Feeling helpless and beat up, one tooth less and two rounds of antibiotics later I decided to come here and see if someone will help me. After all there was still a bad tooth in my mouth causing me pain and inflammation..and the antibiotics had basically prolonged the process and left a ticking time bomb in my mouth that needed to be extracted.I am very pleased with my extraction today. It was the most pleasant high class service. You get celebrity treatment! No complaints. They are amazing. They honored every request I had and I am a finicky client. I know what I want and I understand the process.For example...I told them that, even though usually new patients get the introductory service and are very likely to schedule actual procedure for next time, to please make sure I want the procedure to be done today. They called me back in a few minutes to confirm that that will be done. The receptionist had personally confirmed with the doc that she will be available to perform the extraction today. Otherwise I would have gone somewhere else because I truly could not wait!I asked for the X-rays to be emailed to me and they did.I had coffee and Netflix. What else do you want!? Probably a pedicure lolSeriously though, here’s a very important piece of information: some people don’t know this but there are actually dental offices in business that don’t perform tooth extractions and root canals.Imagine that?! That means you’re paying that office doc fee plus the next one that’s going to actually extract the tooth. That’s insane!!!!! That’s like grocery store that doesn’t sell eggs and milk. No. That’s worse. Way worse. That should be illegal. Why on earth would I ever go to a place with a limited service?....And then pay again somewhere else...but we go online and find a place with 5 star reviews and not everyone knows to check and make sure that they are full service dentist!!! I know I didn’t.But thank goodness I’ve found my dentist now!This place does it all! That’s important! No running around wasting money. There are several qualities this dentist office has that has moved me to write a review rather than just submit a 5 star response.To begin, their covid protocol was above and beyond, organized and thorough. They text you clear instructions and provide guidance through all procedures leading up to your arrival, entrance onto the premises, mask queues during your visit, and smooth payment processing and exiting. All executed precisely so that there is zero chance that you cross paths with other patients and have your space.The dental assistants and dental hygienists were incredibly friendly, held worth while conversation, (not annoying small talk) and exhibited honest interest in everything I had to say. From my dental history to my stay at home “mom babble” about my precious two year old. They listened with intent and respect. (Shout out to Colin, what a guy!)The Dental Hygienist (who was also an incredible individual) was sure to pay attention to the small details to make sure my cleaning was as comfortable as possible. Changing water temperature so that it wasn’t too cold for sensitive teeth, offering sunglasses to avoid being blinded by her head light, and again providing worthwhile conversation and offering me appropriate time to answer and not making me feel rushed or unimportant.They were not pushy with upselling. They were happy to go over an itemized list of the procedures my appointment included so that there were no surprises and no trying to convince me or ask my approval for extra things during the work while I have tubes and fingers in my mouth. They made the approach from a logical and educational stand point, truly wanting me to be aware of what was normal care and the costs of anything I would want to add on.I highly recommend Enamel Dentistry, they value your business, have rockstar staff and are gentle with your teeth. My husband and I will be going back, 100%.

Had my first visit today to Enamel at Lantana. I am impressed. The facility is outstanding, the staff was competent and friendly, the service was excellent. And, of course, Dr. Wylie showed great skill and bed-side manner. Im glad I switched to Enamel.

I had an amazing experience with everyone at Enamel! I had a cleaning and crown done, and everything was painless and smooth - A first for me at a dentist! Dr. Wylie, Jessica, and Danielle were extremely kind, patient, and attentive to my needs. I felt very comfortable with them every step of the way! They were also very transparent about the processes and costs - No unexpected fees or hassle! Overall, a great experience with a great team!

Avoid this place! It’s so sad to see them bring out an iPad and fast talk you through the billing with no time to review.Feels like a very slimy place.
