This place is awesome the location on general Mc.Mullen has a wonderful staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The staff is very efficient at performing there job and answering any questions. The wait time is not long considering they are pretty busy. I have insurance with them and have also filed my taxes here and have been more than satisfied with both services.

I highly recommend R&M to everyone. They were very friendly and went above and beyond to help us. All our questions where answered and they took us step by step through the whole process.

Very slow company, the employees are rude. Had the misfortune to speak with the company owner and got yelled at. Would not recommend their insurance services to anyone.
