Frank is and has always been wonderful guy to talk to. hes been doing my tax return for last several years and I dont think I would change that with anyone else.

I NEVER write reviews but the public should know that Frank is a scam, at least he was with my mom, so consumer beware. When he should have been supporting a tax return he advised and signed off on, Frank was out of the office or in a meeting for 3 months. Additionally, he tasked his front office with allowing him to continue such cowardice conduct. He not only demonstrated an inept understanding of specific tax laws, but cowered away when tasked a situation that any professional should have stepped to the plate for. Frank is not someone I would recommend and will be reported to BBB along with whatever body is accrediting him with beiong a CPA. While may mom may never recoup the money she has paid the IRS on his incorrect advisement, I will make sure that locally no one makes the same mistake and getting taken advantage of. In the age of easy access of information for the consumer, I hope this will educate someone even considering his services! If you have had a similar experience, please share for the greater good.
