Kay is wonderful. Very knowledgeable. These low reviews are wrong. Viking is machine brand, and this factory parts store is located inside JoAnns! They are not JoAnns employees, but are the most knowledgeable folks in the building. Try to understand they probably make no money off the vast majority of folks who ask them questions in there.Buying a sewing machine and complaining about the web price versus the store price to a person who does NOT work for the store, and then to 1star review their business for it is wrong. Being asked to take a class…. Hmm sound like they want you to pay for their expert advice.

Asked clerk why the singer 2722 shows a price of $109 and her price shows $129 she said the website was wrong and that was a JoAnn fabric price not viking. Do not buy from this place. Will not step into another Jo Ann fabric store.

Super unhelpful, rude, crotchety staff who refused to give any advice and instead insulted me repeatedly and tried to get me to buy a class. Refused to answer simple questions about stabilizer. Stay away!
