Our septic began backing up after a rain storm late on a Friday. Jason & crew were here Saturday morning and had the system running in no time. Jason found an issue with the outlet line which was restricting flow to the leach field. Pro-Tec personnel were knowledgeable and professional. Top notch work!

It was in need of repair and Pro Septic is one of the few companies that will repair a septic issue, vs. tell you that you need a new one. We had an issue with our pump not working, so I researched septic companies online because it was after hours on a Friday night. I was trying to find someone who could come out on a weekend and Pro-Tec Septic came up on my Google search. I called expecting to get a voicemail and someone answered! I found out later it was the owner, Jason. He came out within 90 minutes of my call on a Friday night and diagnosed my system and fixed it! He was professional and knowledgeable about the system and answered my questions. I highly recommend Pro-Tec! Thanks!

Just had unexpected problem with my septic tank. Called Pro-Tec and was surprised that they were able to come out on a Sunday night within two hours of my call. Im new to having a septic tank and Jason took the time to explain how the system works and things I needed to do to keep the system in good operating condition. Jason definitely made the best out of a crappy situation! I first called a company we had used for our home inspection/pump out and was told they couldnt come for 8 days...another company told me 3 days. Pro-Tec was here a few hours after I called; he even came in the evening without charging extra for after-hours/emergency service! He was professional and friendly and did not seem to mind at all going over everything he had told me again with my husband once he got home. I would recommend Pro-Tec to anyone in need of such services and will absolutely use this company for all of our future septic needs!

Jason pumped my tank but left 4 inches of water at the bottom of my tank. When I complained he got defensive. He then told me we would come back and finish the job but he never did... I do not recommend using this company if you want your tank pumped out.

I waited all day Saturday for them to show up. I never received a phone call. I finally got a hold of the OWNER and he texted me and personally promise to come on Sunday (today) and of course he was a NO SHOW!!!I WASTED MY ENTIRE WEEKEND, THEY NEVER CAME OR EVEN CALLED OR TEXTED ME!!!I recommend going with a company that will actually show up!!

We had septic backing up. I called a company a neighbor recommended that cleared my clog and cleaned filters, but I needed someone to pump the tank. It was a stinky situation and we have company coming. I called around and Jason at Pro-tec was the able to come out same day and had the most reasonable price of 3 companies I called! He called me before he arrived and arrived in the time window he said he would. Jason was knowledgeable and professional, he got to work right away. He left the work site in better condition than when he arrived. He shoveled all the dirt back and raked it nice and flat. I would absolutely call Pro-tec again. The best part is he charged me exactly what I was quoted. I know it can be worrisome trying to choose a company but you are safe with this one!!Update: 9/19/20Three and 1/2 years later...Once again we found ourselves in a stinky situation! This time all three tanks were full over Labor Day weekend. I knew I need to call Pro-etc! I called Jason Tuesday morning at 8, he called me back by 10 and was at my house later that afternoon pumping the septic. This was a huge relief as we had been without plumbing for a 36 hours. Why does this stuff always happen on a holiday weekend? I was too worried about extra costs over the holiday.While he was here, he checked over my system and cleaned the filter. Jason let me know what he thought needed to happen and that he did not have the ability to do it. He let me know that my pump wasn’t pumping as strong as it should be, but it was adequate, so he wouldn’t recommend a replacement at this time. Also, it was all no contact, which is especially important during COVID times. There are so many surly, rude septic people you can call but why would you? Call Jason at pro-etc, he is reliable, responsiveand honest - and he’s not going to suggest something needs repair if it doesn’t. Septics can be a big headache, but they don’t have to be if you can find someone you trust.
