Pedro and George with Super Septic did excellent work at my home and are very knowledgeable. They work hard and make sure the job is complete.

I hired Super Septics ( Pedro Godinez) to look at a backed up drain field. Considering its age, I was fully expecting the recommendation of a new system. He indicated that there was a break in my line and he could replace it and I would be good for the next year or so, so we agreed on a price and moved forward. During this process, Pedro indicated there was another fix; addition we could make that would last into the foreseeable future and after some research, agreed to do that work.Days after he was finished, this additional work failed. Gray water was bubbling up through the surface. He came out a few times and tried to make adjustments and nothing worked. He then told me at one point it was because I had not replaced the grass yet.....so I replaced the grass, and weeks later, same problem.After repeated attempts to fix, Pedro stopped returning calls to address the issue. I texted and emailed numerous times and never received a response. After a few weeks of this and letting Pedro know my intentions, I filed an action in Small Claims Court for the cost of this additional work.Pedro then did respond via email and put in writing; I will resolve this or refund your money Once again, he came numerous times and there is no remedy to the situation and once again, I have sent him notice that if there is no remedy, I will again file a claim against Super Septics.This has been going on for months now. Pedro has every excuse in the book why this additional work he did is not working, but at the end of the day, your septic field should not come up through your grass in puddles every time it pumps.This is clearly no way to run a business. I think anyone considering hiring Super Septics Repair and Plumbing should be aware the business lacks integrity and honesty.
