Wanted to share our experience with the Tower team and send a big thank you for their tireless work as property managers.Our duplex was a challenging property to begin with and then a huge wrench was thrown into the situation after tenants on one side signed the lease and then backed out. The incredible Tower team remained calm under pressure and did not get deterred. The property was re marketed and released in a crunch without losing a single days rent. All this while dealing with an existing tenant on the other side of the duplex who was hell bent on making our lives difficult.Its great to have a property management group that will go to these lengths for their clients. It is also impressive to see an organization where the employees help each other out behind the scenes in order to make things happen.My wife and I always say that Property Management is the most underappreciated segment within real estate investment and having a group like Tower on our side has been the secret ingredient in building long term value.

My partner and I just started renting a house for our first time a couple of months ago and James Duncan has been our Client Care Coordinator since we moved in. Any time I’ve had a question (I’ve had a lot since I’ve lived in apartments my whole life) or needed anything, James has been there to help me out. His level of professionalism and timely responses is extraordinary. I’ve been accustomed to submitting requests and having to wait days to get a response and sometimes not ever getting one with previous property management companies. Not with James! I always have peace of mind knowing that I will get a response the same day, sometimes within the hour. Even this week, we submitted a service request and the next day we had someone fixing the issue we had. James always makes sure we’re taken care of. He’s a great asset to Tower Property Management!

James went out of his way on every occasion to make sure I was taken care of. He was communicative and very responsive. He made my move an awesome experience. Very very grateful for him and his team. Nice to have support from people that really enjoy doing a great job for their clients. Highly recommend!

We moved into our rental house the Sunday after the massive snow storm that happened in February in Austin. The move in was a bit stressful because we were moving across the country and didnt have much time to play with as far as moving out of our old place and moving into this home. Add to this the storm which prevented a lot of the make ready getting done because there was no water, people couldnt get anywhere and then everything got backlogged. So I was a little nervous at first because Tower Props were overwhelmed (for good reason and like everyone else was) with the number of requests coming in from all of their tenants and new ones including us and they were a little slow to respond. But once they made it through their backlog they have been amazing! I dont fault them for anything happened with our move-in because it was a crazy time that was out of their control. Theyve handled everything promptly and have been so kind. James Duncan, the client care coordinator, is phenomenal! I am so happy we are renting from them and highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a rental or anyone looking for a property management company for their rental property. They are awesome!

I am utterly dissatisfied at their practices and how they treated my family, when we moved to Austin last year.In brief, just to let you know that they do not allow for month-to-month or rolling contracts after your initial lease. This was not communicated to us in any form before signing. Besides they do have a clause in their contract (Clause #4, on how to go month-to-month after initial period).When we indicated that it was our intention to do rolling contract after our initial 12 month period, they simply replied that they dont do month-to-month and instructed us to sign a new agreement.The new agreement imply a 199$ renewal fee for the landlord, and another 12 month-contract for the tenant.If you are only looking for short stay because you plan to buy/move (as it was our case) then, you will receive an increase in your monthly rent (they initially asked for a 150$ increase per month) because in their own words: the market is booming.I requested legal advice and they told me, that you have to receive written communication two months before the end of your lease, in case the landlord wants to terminate your agreement. Which we did not receive.In my opinion Tower Property Management push people into new agreements to earn more. Disregarding the month-to-month clause in their own contracts, and not following the proper requirements to terminate an agreement.I was 8 months pregnant when the renewal came. I felt utterly offended and I just hope that you have all the information possible if you are a tenant/landlord or are planning to engage with them.

My husband and I have had nothing but a great experience with TPM! We recently moved into a rental that they’re managing and now have high standards for a management company. We have mostly worked with James who has been so gracious and timely in answering all our questions, as well as anyone else who’s helped us. They’re caring, professional and on top of it. If you have to work with a property management company, we highly recommend them!!

These people nickel and dime you at the very end of your lease. Its pretty ridiculous how poorly they treat you once youre no longer a tenant. They bombard you with a bunch of unwarranted HOA Fees. I called to get it resolved but Sandra completely disregarded me and hung up right away. Unprofessional and uncalled for.
