Absolutely do not use this firm; they are out for the commissions and not you, the client. Every home we looked at, we were told to put in over ask and cover the fees most sellers would pay. Inventory is not that low, and the higher the price, the more money they make. Ive never come across a firm that is so greedy and so dishonest.
