I’m not even sure what they did is legal. Our lease explicitly said once our lease end date passed, we could either resign a year lease or go month-to-month. Less than 45 days before our lease was set to expire, we got a letter in the mail stating month-to-month was no longer an option, either resign or “get out.” We were counting on the month-to-month option so we thought what could it hurt to ask why we can’t stay just 2-3 more months, to which they replied and I quote “it’s imperative the home remain on the summer market.” Nothing more, nothing less. Oh and our lease ended on May 30, not 31 but May 30. So even though we paid extra to get keys a day or two early (because they wouldn’t give them to us on a weekend since they’re not open…), they did not reimburse/prorate us for having to find a place that would allow us to move in before the beginning of the month. Thankfully, we left the place in better shape than we got it so we got our full deposit back.

Leasing staff was never particularly friendly even after 6 years of leasing from Bella. They were professional & prompt when requesting repairs on the property such as plumbing issues or other repairs. They were also honest & returned my entire deposit. I would have rated them 5 stars except for their unfriendly & uninviting demeanor in their main office.

Bart completely tried to rip us off. We were excellent renters, took care of the property, and not once was late on payments after 3 years and to have the audacity to charge us 1209.00 for a paint touch up. We touched up little nail wholes thinking we were being helpful to make house ready for move in and was told the paint didnt match. Ok fine if thats the case because it was normal wear and tear that they would touch up anyway so why on earth would you try to charge us such a price. In addition you think youre going to charge us 212.00 for touch up clean when the house was spic and span and we got the carpet clean. This hose was better when we moved out than it was when we moved in. UNACCEPTABLE. I just cant write anymore because I am disgusted

Bella Real Estate is a valuable find when it comes to property managers. We recently had flooding in our rental house that they manage for us, and they were ON it, immediately. They gave me timely updates and were very persistent to get things fixed quickly in time for us to not lose our renters. Because our insurance guy could tell they really knew what they were doing, he approved the repairs needed without even coming on site. This saved us several days and enabled us to get our new renters moved into the place in time, which saved us $1200. Thanks, Bart and Marissa, for the great service! My experience with Bella Real Estate has been phenomenal since the very start and their entire staff is amazing! My family and I moved here from about 200+ miles away, so trying to find a place and sign the lease paperwork could have been a nightmare, but Karen made it very easy and was very helpful. Since we moved in Ive had nothing but good experience with them, maintenance calls are handled quickly and professionally and the office staff is friendly and efficient. But what made me get on here to review is what they did today. I made a mistake with my rent payment and not only did Bart help me fix it but he also inconvenienced himself and went out of his way so I didnt have to! These people are great and I will definitely continue to do business with them as long as I can! Thank you!!!

The staff at Bella Real Estate are extremely friendly and helpful, always there to meet any concerns you have with your rental property. We had an emergency in our rental condo with the plumbing and she took an after hours phone call for us and had the repair man out to our house within 2 hours. Highly recommend.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS BUSINESS Horrible! When I came to look at the house they had the doors open and windows open didnt think much of it. After signing lease and getting keys I did my walk through before moving things in. I opened the front door and the house smelled like a huge ashtray. I suffer from migraines and my son has asthma. Had to wash all the rooms down with vinager solution and clean all the carpets took me a whole day it was horrible. Trying to get something fixed is like pulling teeth. The fence that was reported when we first moved in (1 1/2 yrs ago) has not been fixed things are getting stolen and I have woke up to people in my backyard unable to lock my fence it could easily be pushed down. I am due to close on a house and they want 1500.00 to put house back on the market plus rent 1500.00 plus on going rent until they rent the house out. Im not sure how people are supposed to plan closing on a house to when the lease is up there are always delays or hiccups during closing. There is no way to break the lease without breaking you. Horrible. On top of issue with the house my car has been broke into 2 times.

Terrible communication! They would only email one of the roommates and communicate with them even after we would continuously ask them to contact all three roommates if there were issues. Never would contact us before adding a charge. I would have to call them to ask them what the charge was for before they would remove it. They added missing items to our walk out when they told us they would not be included upon moving into the house. Different employees wouldnt communicate and make charges to our account and wouldnt communicate until we sent emails to all participants.They were a nightmare!

The real estate agent I dealt with was helpful in signing the lease and communication through the lease. However, when I contacted the real estate office, the office manager was abrasive and has a negative demeanor. He immediately answers the phone and immediately starts talking without any introduction. His tone is condescending and rude.

Bella has an automated system to where u can only pay on the 1st of the month... Me and family including to young daughters... do not receive our main checks until the 5th and the 20th... we cant help when we get paid... However Bella will not even contact the owners of the property to see if the 5th instead of the first is ok.... we are way over qualified for a recent property we applied for that cost 1400... we have been paying almost 2000 for the last 3yrs with ease at our current Residence with never having been late... not once....i bet if they were to ask the actual owners of the house if that was ok they would find out that most owners would be fine with the 4 day difference knowing that their mortgage payments wouldnt be late....instead the just said no u do not qualify... sorry about ur kids...Bella needs to change their position and automated system to be able to enter different due date... no mortgage has the same due date if they are different properties... this poor home owner/investment owner that his or her property has not been rented for 90 days now needs to know this is what they are denying people for... this is a ridiculous policy and needs to be changed...thats just lazy not wanting to update ur system to help qualified people actually qualify...

These people are horrible with maintenance took A/C broke first day we moved in and keeps breaking every month and still does not work and ive been here 6 months. Now water heater just broke lets see if they can fix it soon and it stay working

Not helpful with Maintinence!! They are not in any rush to fix the AC when it goes out in the summer extreme heat and fixing any serious plumbing issues. The defiantly drag their feet in getting leaks/flooding and faucets fixed.
