Unfortunately I had to sue an old associate in small claims recently. The constables office was not able to locate the person. An old friend recommended trying a private process serving company.I came across Griffin/Kerr CP and was delighted to know that not only were the owners from Austin but they grew up in North Austin like myself.They were able to serve my old associate and also handle the affidavit in the court.These guys made this terrible process much easier to swallow.I dont recommend that anyone go through a lawsuit or divorce, but if so, a solid company like Griffin/Kerr will make the process a little bit less headache inducing.
