Mike T. from Austin Process was amazing to work with! I am not an attorney and after multiple skip trace attempts, trying to locate a Defendant with no success, I thought I would initiate the Citation by Publication route. Mike assisted me with this process by providing me lengthy instructions on what to submit to Court and even provided me with an example of the Motion and Order that needed to be drafted for the Judge to approve. His helpful actions and time spent to assist me saved our Company thousands of dollars from needing to hire outside Counsel to initiate this process. I would highly recommend Austin Process to co-workers, family and friends needing a process server!

Dane and Mike at Austin Process are great! They get the job done where Constables or lesser servers would fall short. I am a Family Law attorney and so have lots of citations and subpoenas delivered as part of my work for clients. I have found Austin Process essential for coordinating a specific service time/location to make sure the citation/subpoena is served exactly when I need it for the best benefit to my case/client. If you need something delivered to someone whos dodging service or tricky to pin down then Austin Process is your best bet for great response at a price thats only slightly above others who wouldnt give it their best effort.

These guys were simply awesome.Trying to get someone served in rehab is always a fun challenge but they were up for the task...then they willing to reverse course quickly to track the person down at the courthouse instead. Dane even double checked the docket to make sure the hearing hadnt been moved or rescheduled so they didnt waste my time or money making a futile attempt.Having to get someone served is never fun but Dane made the process much less painful. This company is very unprofessional! Be prepared to manage the ENTIRE process if you want to ensure timely service. Also be prepared to place their office manager in his place when he attempts to bark at you for inquiring about the status. Give these smaller companies your hard earned money before dealing with this sorry company!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Google posted the hours of operation as 7:30am for Austin Process, I called at approximately 7:35...no one answered so I hung up and that was it, or so I thought. I was wrong. Someone calls back a few minutes later and asks what I want, I explain that I was looking for a process server to make contact with a person I had been unsuccessful at serving using another service but knew when and where they would be at a certain time the next day and was interesting in hiring a new service to make contact. Instead of making any attempt to be helpful the caller gives me an abundance of attitude about contacting Austin Process that early. I told him that google had his hours of operation listed at 7:30 and that it was probably not a great idea to give attitude to customers trying to use his service. I eventually had to hang up because he was being so completely rude and condescending. I thought at this point that I was again done with Austin Process, again I was mistaken. Shortly after ending the call I received the following text message:U should probably leave it up to the pros and not micromanage your case. Serve at 6:00am on a Sunday? Maybe u should do it yourself, Im sure that would be fine too.If the gentleman I spoke to, and was texted by, was a measure of the level of professionalism at Austin Process they probably need to reconsider what standard they are employing. Its also worth noting that the text message was sent from a number that you could not respond to...:Sorry, but this line is not set up to receive incoming text messages. Theyre professional something, but its not process servers.

The last review 10 months ago nailed it. THEY ARE RUDE! Specifically dealt with Dane Cuppett and he was very arrogant, unprofessional and just plain unpleasant. They didnt complete the job as requested and had a ton of excuses why its not there fault. He sent childish passive aggressive emails that seemed like they were authored by an upset teenage girl. There is too much competition out there to deal with these people.

I had them serve 7 summons around texas and they were totally professional and got the job done for a reasonable price and in a timely manner. I highly recommend them.

Our law firm files about 5-7 lawsuits a month and we have always been impressed with Austin Process and their level of customer service. 2 brief stories: 1) We had an issue with a Dallas lawyer who tried to pour us out in Court due to service on the defendant after the statute of limitations. Mike came to the hearing himself with less than 30 minutes notice and we won the day. 2) We had a hard time locating a dodging defendant because we didnt have a good address for her (even after skip trace) and statute was fast approaching. Dane found out where she worked & served her over the bar she was tending at lunchtime! These guys are the best out there & Nicole runs the show making the boys look smart.
