BEST pedicures ever!My group of 3 came in from out of state and decided to treat ourselves. The women took their time on the massages (we did come mid day on a weekday— not super busy so that may be why). It was the longest, most relaxing pedicure I have ever had. If I could have taken a nap, I would have done so. The pedicure itself was perfect enough though. I will definitely be back if I come back to Austin.

I very rarely post reviews- especially negative ones, but I’ve never had this happen at a nail salon and felt the need to bring it to the owner’s attention. I went to Lakeline twice and got an acrylic fill with gel on top both times. I didn’t mean to get gel (so usually do regular polish), but I don’t think the nail tech understood and ended up bringing me gel colors so I went with it. Honestly my nails looked beautiful! The nail tech was so sweet, and I was shocked at the low price! I expected to pay quite a bit for acrylic with gel.I came back and got the same thing again and this time had a male nail tech. He was very polite, and overall my nails looked good, just a little on the thick side. He also took off two of my nails that I guess were lifting and replaced the acrylic. He removed the old nail by literally lifting it off with another acrylic tip. It was painful and left my natural nail so, so thin.Unfortunately this set did not last at all. They stated lifting after just a week and eventually a few nails broke off. I decided to try a salon closer to me to have the acrylics removed. The new nail salon was shocked at how thick the acrylics were. They were also shocked to see I had nail fungus growing on 4 nails. I’ve never had this happen before! The set wasn’t even old- I had a total of two fills before removing them! So now I’m 4 weeks into treating the fungus and have seen little improvement. I saw a doctor, got a pricey prescription, and was told it’ll still be several months before I see change.I don’t think this was an issue of cleanliness of the salon (though it could be). I think the set was poorly applied and led to lifting and water being trapped under the acrylic. My natural nails are so thin and break constantly. I have a long road ahead before I can even put polish on them again. Really regret ever going for the cheap salon and will not be back.

I got my nails done today for my birthday and they looked okay when she was working on them but when I left and started really looking at them they looked horrible and rushed.. I even noticed she was speeding up in the end. Im really sad. I dont recommend this place...

Nice people not experienced enough

The ladies were very friendly and quick. I like how my SNS nails for spring came out. Just a very basic, low-key salon.

I only went in for a pedicure but damn, that was probably the best pedicure I got. They had options on types of pedicures and I opted for the middle one which was a deluxe and that came with an exfoliating scrub, $35. She literally rubbed my legs with about 4 different things for about an hour and it was amazing (especially since I was 7 months pregnant). Highly recommend going there for a pedicure. Clean, nice, speak good English and give off a great vibe overall!

The staff here is incredible and very accommodating. I called ahead as I wasn’t sure if they could still take a customer with 45 minutes until close. They took me immediately and despite being so late they worked so hard to perfect my nails. Did SNS full set (wanted simple no design). They look so great and feel strong. Prices are also awesome, especially considering how long it takes to get it right. I believe my nail techs name was Tina- so sweet! Great convo. Excuse the terrible photo quality but they look great.

Tina did an amazing job. She was very gentle and made sure all of the little things were perfect. Great job!

I came here to get a pedicure last Friday and enjoyed my experience except for when she cut my cuticles too much and I bled. I get that can happen sometimes but I have now been battling an infection on that toe for the last 4 days. At first it swelled up so bad it almost looked purple. It doesn’t seem like getting a $30 pedicure is worth having to do sea salt soaks 3-4 times a day for a week. I am so disappointed that happened.

I love going to Lakeline Nails in the Walden Park shopping center. The ladies are all very friendly, do a great job and the service you get for the money is excellent.Recently, these ladies all had special Covid 19 training and upgraded their manicure stations to include plexiglass barriers. I felt very safe getting my nails done here and everyone was wearing masks.

I called 30min before close and the nice lady accepted me. She did a great job and friendly conversation. 1st time here and i will be back.Edit: i came back here for a new full set and they looked ok in the salon but when i actually looked at them you can tell the nail tips are way too big a few of my nails look bigger then the other hands size. Someone even mentioned them looking a little off. I think ill be trying another salon. I did love coming here at 1st.

I have been going to lakeline nails for over 12 years and every time my nails look great! Tina and her staff including Kim are so good at what they do and always kind and fun. The salon has a positive vibe.. I highly recommend it!

I recently just came to get a pedicure with a friend of mine and when receiving the pedicure they painted on the skin multiple times and instead of cleaning the nail and repainting it they painted over the mess up so now there are bubbles and bumps under the coat of nail polish and we left with excessive paint on the skin of our toes. Had the set been like $20 I probably wouldn’t have had such a hard time paying but considering that we spent $50 I am unhappy with the service.

Ive been here twice so far and I love this place!!! They have brand new spa chairs for pedicures and they are amazing. $25 pedicure and $15 for an American manicure thats lasted almost a week now. Manicures usually dont last past the 2 day mark with me. They are super nice and friendly. The place is clean and quiet.

Ive been a customer since 2009 and the services and the people are definitely 5 stars.

Got me and a girl friend right in, never really talked to us. But spoke the entire time to each other in their language. And they need to have a better police on cleaning their supplies.

I had searched for a comfortable place for a year since my regular manicurist left. I love this place. The salon is clean and the staff is all friendly and good technicians. I have now found my home.

I have never posted a negative review for any establishment and really am uncomfortable doing this, but here goes::::I am a natural gal, but my nails tend to be thin and I pick at them when Im stressed. A few weeks ago, I decided to just have them professionally manicured.I just removed the nail polish and see my nails are completely chewed up right now. My left pinky nail and the next finger over are white at the tips and have lifted from the nailbed. It now looks like I have a fungal infection and they are curling backwards, as well.I guess I should have listened to my gut when I went and they asked me to come back. They paired me with the meanest lady, ever. I believe she was mad, because I wasnt getting nails put on and it was just a cheaper manicure. She used the drimmel machine on my natural nails, like what youd do to the plastic nails that require grinding.I have had a toenail infection from the salon at the mall and I just didnt trust this lady who was working on my hands. She got defensive when I asked if her instruments were clean and continued to treat me horribly, down to telling me to pay before shed started anything. She knew she couldnt push me around, so that made her angrier.I will never go back to this salon and am thinking of just trying Milk and Honey, as I see they do natural manicures.I hope Ive helped Someone with this review.

First time Ive ever been there. Got a pedicure and got a bad infection on my toenail cuticle. They cut deep into my cuticle with obviously not clean tools. Also got a manicure that from start to finish literally took only 10 minutes. Fast, sloppy job.

Very pleasant experience. After my first pedi they made me feel comfortable. A previous girlfriend turned me onto pedicures a few years ago. Guys, you dont know what youre missing. Very professional and very caring in their service. Plus, o can can get a glass of wine! Tip well! I will tip $15 on the mid-range $35 pedi, as they do take their time to make you feel good. Ive not received any discounts or other promotions for saying this, it seems to be a small and family run business that does a good job.

My close friends recommended this nail salon to me and absolutely beliive her! The service was great! I got gel nails and dont peel, they last for more than 3 weeks. I was super happy and satisfied with her job.LOVE LOVE this place!!!! I have been a VERY LOYAL customer for 9 months. My nails look perfect I think nail shop ever!! Definitely recommended this nail salon.

Typically quick and no unusual wait times during the week. Nothing drastic weekends either. Does great gel manicures. About 75 bucks for gel mani and pedi

This was an overall poor experience here. It was my first time getting SNS so I didnt know what to expect, but the lady took off my previous nail polish and immediately preceded to start the SNS. She didnt clean up the cuticles, buff the nail, or anything. It came out poorly and I overall do not recommend this salon.

Got such bad nails done . Very untidy and messy. Tried to explain them but they ignored. Highly disappointed.

I just moved here from NH and was in desperate need of fills. After reading the reviews, I decided to call and give it a try. I was able to get right in and was greeted by Jasime. I am extremely picky about my nails--not too long, not too thick, a little on the oval side and as natural looking as possible. I was very pleased with Jasime and the care she gave me. I look forward to returning for a pedicure
