I absolutely love this place. I tend to get the luxury pedicures and the basic manicures and with ANY service my nails always come out looking so good! The staff is very attentive and sweet.

I waited some days to write this review. But even after a few days, I am still really really disappointed. This was the worst customer service I have ever ever experienced in the United States. Even the Germans would have handled it different.On September 4th I went there with a friend to get my nails done. My friend insisted to pay. Service was good. After we left, as we had to hurry up, I saw that my whole mail wasn’t filled out with color.I thought, well, I will address it with my nail artist next time, that’s why I took a video, showing that it wasn’t all the way down. Can happen, not a big deal.On September 12th, during the day, I noticed that something was wrong with my gel polish. I took pictures in the evening once I was home. You can see how the gel polish comes off. I knew that work was crazy busy and I couldn’t go there the next day.September 16th I quickly went there instead of having lunch. Which I skip most of the days. I called and asked them about the polish. They said, bring the pictures, we will look into it.After I arrived I showed him the pictures. He asked for my credit card number. I forgot that I once didn’t pay for my treatment. I got media from the day showing when I got my nails done.This man kept on saying that my appointment was on the 3rd. Hello? I know precisely when my appointments are. It was September 4th.He kept arguing with me.Then he was making an issue out of me not having the receipt.Then I presented again my photo material.Now it got even more interesting…. He said: We guarantee a week for our gel polish. For you it was 1 week and 1 day. So we won’t cover it.To be honest… I wasn’t even after getting it for free. Acknowledgment for it not being done properly, would have been all that I was after. Max a discount or an apology.No, he got really snippy and mean to me.I told him on the phone already that I have less than an hour, as I got a tight schedule.He was not respectful of my time at all.Finally I said: Just take the nail polish off please. It really looks bad, as Air all came off and only bits were left.It took at least 20 minutes until they were done taking gel polish off!!!!!When I went to the checkout the made me pay the $10 for removing it.WOW!!!! Seriously????Considering what happened, I can only advise to go somewhere else. As this is a behavior that is unacceptable.I am just sorry for the amazing Thu, I loved my nail artist.Things happen, nothing bad about that. It is how you handle situations like this and how you treat your customers.I happen to have an amazing friend who owns a beauty salon. Gel polish should stay on longer. And I know what makes it come off earlier. Guess what, I wasn’t doing anything to cause it coming off.I am big time disappointed.

I went here for the first time. The place is nice, welcoming and overall nice. The nail techs are super nice; however, I wasn’t impressed with the work. I know I can be picky about my nails but if you’re going to pay over $80 might as well be happy with how your nails look. Skin was still there around finger nails and the polish wasn’t very detailed. Hate leaving bad reviews but I think the work needs to be less rushed and more detailed

Cesar’s are very welcoming to your mani or pedi needs. They are gentle and very polite.We had a party of 3 and we’re able to sit together during this COVID era and have complementary cocktails for the time of our services.Pricing is competitive with other nail salons at the domain area and may be a little bit more than other salons in the surrounding areas, but worth every penny.

Wonderful experience! Great service from start to finish! Loved the charcoal treatment that detoxifys and gives a shoulder massage. Great day to relieve stress and give yourself some TLC.

I came in an paid $55 for a powder dip and fake nail, to begin with the work is very amateur for the price . Was not content with the experience and was in a rush so dealt with it. I call in the next day to tell them about my experience and tell me to come in that they’d take care of it free of charge, I come in and they’re telling me I’d have to drop another $45 even to just change the color wasn’t asking for a new set just want to change it all . Why didn’t you tell me that over the phone? There are better nails salons that won’t overcharge you and will give you a better experience. Go elsewhere !

I will NEVER go back here!!! I had 3 nails pop off before 1 week of having them and I called two days later to see if I could come in and get it fixed for free and they told me no! I paid $90 just for them to fall off within a week. I would never recommend this nail salon to anyone seriously don’t go! The quality of nails isn’t even worth the money they charge.

Tyler is a very good businessman with a strong work ethic. His team is courteous and hard working. My usual nail technicians, Daisy and Sarah are wonderful and very skilled at what they do.

Seriously guys? Come on! Haven’t even had my nails done for a week and they’re already starting to chip; They look atrocious. I will never be coming back to this location. It’s already enough for me to take time to come every other week. I’m extremely busy and don’t have time go back in and sit around for an hour so that you guys can re-do this set.

I’m super particular about my nails and it will drive me crazy if they’re not even and perfect, which makes it hard to find a good nail place. I’ve tried 5 different salons around Austin and none are as great as Caesar’s! They listen to everything you want and are super friendly. My nails are always shaped well and the color is put on perfectly! Plus they have their own glitter acrylic power mixes that are to die for. 10/10 you have to try them.

I enjoy coming here - their nail artists are good at what they do and it’s a nice atmosphere. Good customer service every time I’ve gone.

The last salon I went to for dip nails I was rushed in and out. At Caesar’s the nail tech was very patient with me as I picked out a color and spent quality time making sure my nails looked more natural and perfect. My nail tech was very sweet and I definitely recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for an efficient and quality service.

I really tried to like this place. I live at the Domain so it’s convenient for me to go here. I’ve seen 4 different ladies and I leave disappointed every time. This past time I got neon yellow gel and she didn’t use a white base... you’d think that’d be basic nail tech knowledge. I realized how look terrible they looked after I left and saw them in the sun. :( A previous time I went, one of the ladies I saw was pretty rude. I hate leaving bad reviews but I gave it so many chances I’d be doing a disservice to potential customers by not expressing the quality and customer service they have.

This is my favorite nail salon I have ever been to. Its the only salon that I never have to request a specific person because everyone there is that great & consistent. This is also coming from a former nail technician. Ive never had any issues and I like the variety of different packages you can get. If you live in the domain you also get 10% percent off assuming you show them proof like an email etc. The Happy Feet pedi mani is my fav. Especially during these times where we are washing our hands so much. This manicure includes exfoliation and a paraffin treatment. The best part also is that they serve you wine and give you a neck massage at the end of your service.

I love the atmosphere here. Nancy is my favorite, she always takes such good care of me!

I am so happy with the service I got at Caesar’s on Friday by my nail tech Kim. I let her know I had an hour before I had to be at work, and she was so quick, clean and kind and got me a fill and fixed two nails within 30 minutes.I LOVE that they have their prices listed on the menu- this assures me I won’t get swindled by surprise charges at the end of my service the way it often happens at other salons.I will be coming here from now on!

Pedicure--nail tech CUT my skin on my big toe in 2 places. It still hurts. I asked her not to cut my cuticles and she did. The manicurist did NOT wear gloves so I dont know how clean her hands were. She did NOT use sterilized tools for my manicure. I got SNS nails, and she did not pour the powder into a smaller container, like ALL nail salons are supposed to do. She nicked the cuticle on one finger, and it is still painful today.

It was pretty good quality. my nails were a bit uneven and the nail shape was more rounded than the requested almond shape. the price is good, but other salons offer the same services at the same price but with extras included- like massages and cuticle treatment.

This place is the best for all nail services I’ve ever found. Vicky and Phong are downright amazing. They always treat us right and it’s always clean and a great experience! We’ve tried dozens of places throughout Austin and we always come back to caesars.

Very dishonest and unprofessional business. This place is a scam! They charge you with crazy small fees without explaining to you before. Their packages have their own prices but then you end up paying additional $50-$70 for things that should be included and not charged extra! BE AWAE. I ended up paying $210 for a manicure and pedicure! That’s beyond ridiculous. Have the receipts. I selected a package that was $65 and another for manicure that was $45 and they charged me $210 at the end. I am going to report this business to BBB as well. SCAM

Great staff with almost no wait time even when you have no appointment. Great selection of products and services with good pricing.

I asked to get the color powder with tips (which costs $55) and it did NOT include the actual manicure! The lady just started putting the powder on my nails without cleaning up my cuticles or anything. For the price, you would think it is a given that you are getting a manicure and THEN the product on your nails. All the other places Ive been to do it like that. It would have been $20 extra to get a mani. Ridiculous. The pedicure was okay, nothing too exciting.

Waited in the chair for an hr before anyone even put water in the foot sink. After watching 4 other people who came in after me be waited on first. Wanted manic petty but just got a petite barley. And after telling the front desk my problems they only took 5$ off the bill and took no responsibility for the miss management of there staff.

My nails are less than 5 days old and are bubbling at the nail bed. I paid a lot of money for this SNS manicure and I had to ask the tech to trim my cuticles when they hadnt been touched for months. I thought that was standard as I have been to many nail salons and only went here on a friends recommendation. No special service, no hot towels, extras, nothing. Did I mention that these were supposed to be my wedding nails? I had to go into another salon today to have them seal the corners so I hope they last. I wouldnt recommend this place, and if you do go, be prepared to advocate for yourself!Update: I came back after my wedding to complain and they refused to fix them. The manager barely agreed to have someone remove the nails for free. Its crazy how these are supposed to last 3-4 weeks and they barely lasted 4 days for me. Sloppy work!

I’ve been coming here for almost 4 years now, to keep it short and sweet- Phil is my go to guy. He has been doing nails going on 25 years now and has consistent work. I can push my acrylic gel or abs dip set out to 6 week (if I needed to) and they would still look amazing and hold up well. Definitely recommend booking with him or Julie! At the front you’ll have a nice friendly greet from Nancy or Mel, 10/10 satisfied customer. Bonus- they just started a rewards program as well!

I arrived at the place with a friend without an appointment, they attended us at that time because there were no customers...it doesn’t seem that there are many clients, they did a good job on my gel nails, I rate it as a 7 out of 10 for the customer service bad ... the girls seem soo tired, they didn’t offer water, coffee ... with just a smile it would have been great!!!gel in my short nails ..EXPENSIVE...I can happily pay $50.00 plus tip in another place where they can offer me at least a glass of water and a smile.

Paid $120 for pedicure and acrylic nails. Paint on nails and toes (OPI) started to come off both toes and fingers by day 4. Day 7 a nail broke off entirely without anything happening to it. Not returning. Over priced and reviews about their front desk service with walk ins and appointments is accurate.

I love enjoying getting my nails done at Caesars. Its fun, everyone is kind and they do an excellent job. If youre not happy with something they go out of their way to address your concerns. LOVE THEM!

Caesar’s is a great place to treat yourself. They are probably the only nail salon near me where everything is single use and/or sanitized. This is really important for me, and Caesar’s really delivers on quality and cleanliness!

The facility itself is beautiful, and the welcome staff treat me like a friend. They have every color you could ever wish for, and a variety of treatments for you.I only get my nails done by Phil, as he is such a professional. He really takes his time and focuses on every little detail. My nails *look* expensive. As a customer, I am definitely willing to spend the extra $ and drive 15 minutes to The Domain so I can get my nails done at Caesar’s. I work in hotels so I often recommend this place to colleagues and guests alike.My favorite nail salon in Austin.

If I could give negative stars I would. The customer service here is garbage. Got gel nails that lasted a week and a half and they wouldnt even fix them bc its been longer than a week since they were done. They should last 3-4 weeks if done properly. I will tell everyone not to go there. Extreme disappointment. Ive been going there for years and this is how the regular customers are treated?! Garbage.

Everything was fine with the pedicure (on Saturday night), except Im pretty sure she ripped a large chunk of skin out of the side of my big toenail. I have a huge blood blister there now and can hardly put on shoes. I wasnt even having problems with this nail before the pedicure.

I came to them from another nail salon that had completely screwed up my manicure. They are always so friendly and helped fix my manicure that day! They have never disappointed me in service or quality. This is my go to nail salon forever! I recommend them to my friends all the time.

We were taken by our boss here as a spa day for employee appreciation day. When we ordered our packages one of our co workers had requested gel for the nail finish, and they did not have it on the order slip. When it came time to get the manicure we notified them that we wanted the gel. The manager said there would be an additional $10.00 charge which was not a problem. However, once we were done and at the register they raised the up charge from $10.00 to $20.00. I was shocked at how some one would treat a client in this manner after my employer just spent over $500.00 for a spa treatment for his employees. It is not the up charge of the $20.00 that was upsetting, but in the underhanded and unprofessional manner they chose. Needless to say I will not be returning to this place again. Hope the $20.00 was worth you loosing a good business client. Good luck!

Ive been getting my nails done here for a few months. Great service! My nails have been great.

The location is convenient and the service is good. The girls are friendly and talkative. Check out their busy times and try to avoid going during those hours if you can. In my opinion they are priced on the higher end, but again its a convenient spot if you are already out shopping the area.

Chill nail place, feel like I could be in Dallas (just a personal feeling). Brought my own color in, but they seemed well put together & for a great price. Sanitary & comfortable, 10 out of 10 will go again.

Walked in and was helped immediately. Awesome massage chair. Great spa treatment. They even used fresh grapefruit. Oh and did I mention they serve a complimentary margarita?!? Heaven!

Cant say enough great things about this place. The people working the front desk are so welcoming and they always get you with a technician right away. One of the few nail places that if you make an appointment you actually get seen at the time you requested. Caesars Nails & Spa, please stop offering services that your staff are not equipped to provide. I went in this evening for a full face wax and I was mortified with what I left with; even my husband gasped at what he saw. My upper lip is burnt, the right and left side near my jaw line is burnt, and even the skin around my brow line feels like its been ripped off. I understand that skin is sensitive and things can happen, but I have been receiving full face wax treatments for over 15 years and I have NEVER had anything like this happen before. Blows my mind that your aesthetician did not stop waxing as soon as the first burns occurred. Im sure a scabbing burnt face will look lovely over Christmas brunch. But no worries, I received a $10 discount for my troubles. Unbelievable!

Walked in and got a technician right away around 4:30 PM on weekdays. I chose a bright creme color with a lemon tone. But even after 3 coat, my nails dont look full and no solid color. I dont know if the shellac was too sheer or the technician didnt have enough skill to do right. I think he couldve apply at least one more coat to make them full.

Really disappointing. I paid $50 for a set of nails, one of which snapped less than 48 hours later. I went in and they replaced it free of charge, and then 24 hours later another nail had snapped. At that point I removed them all at home because I just dont have the time to keep driving to a salon to fix my nails when I have had them for 4 days. I cannot believe I paid $50 for something that lasted less than a week. The nail technician asked me if I had lifted something heavy or knocked it -- no! I have never, ever paid so much for extensions, and I have also NEVER snapped two nails clean off in the first week. I honestly feel like this warrants a full refund.

Im giving it 3 stars just because they were attentive and very nice. However the quality of the nails were poor. Only one week and a half and I have a chip! I paid 55 plus a generous tip and I expected at least 3week wear time like most of SNS I have got done before. Now I am stuck spending another 50 to get this fixed.

I’m only giving this place 2 stars because it’s nice from the inside but the service you get is trash. The lady who did my nails once she was finished her words were “ok your done”. She put oil on my nails and began a conversation with a woman. It was my first and last time there. I had to wait to ask her where did I wash it off I was so confused. All the employees looked bothered that I had my daughter with me. That right there is a BIG NO NO if my child isn’t welcomed somewhere neither am I nor my money. As if I’m not disappointed enough with the customer service my nails don’t even look good. Definitely warning family and friends to not bother coming here.

In the Domain and 7 minutes away from my home is a perk, but Id drive further to get here. Everyone is so kind and polite and they always go above and beyond to ensure youre pleased with their assistance. They also offer adult beverages! I love this place! And if youre not getting the warm and fuzzys there, try smiling and reciprocating their politeness. Some of the customers sitting in the chairs around me have major stank face. Try smiling! Its healthy for you and it goes a long way. Cheers!

We were staying at the Aloft at The Domain before our engagement photo shoot. I swung by this salon to get my nails done out of fear of having terrible looking nails. I walked in and told them what I needed. The manager introduced me to Jenny and she did my nails. I went with the standard pink and white. I have to say, she did an AMAZING job. I got a ton of compliments from other people about my nails, especially people in the wedding business and at another nail salon. She was fantastic. My nails looked great! I plan on going back for my bridal shoot and for my wedding. Ask for Jenny! You wont regret it!

This is located in the domain, which meant it was a pleasant area to be in. I was impressed with the style and cleanliness of the facility. I felt like I was in a high end salon but with strip mall prices. Tom did my classic pedicure. He didnt much shape the nail but he did a bang up job on the massage. My skin reacted a bit to the salt scrub but he noticed and sprayed my legs with some sort of calming spray which I assume was witch hazel or something. Overall Im satisfied and will return for more services.

I come to Caesars all the time. The last time I went Phil did an amazing job. My nails look so pretty and feel very sturdy. Thank you all for being awesome!
