Owner Niki is loud mouth, talks bad about other customers, insults customers. Terrible experience. She is very rude and makes customers feel uncomfortable.

Always a pleasure to get my nails done by Nicki. She does quality work even while being fast. The jelly pedicure by Tee was one of the best pedicures I have ever had. I love that they do gel on my toe nails and my finger nails. Well done ladies!!!

Niki is so rude and disrespectful, she just care about money not people’s time, plus the salon is not a relaxing place sometimes!! Happy I never go there anymore..!!

Got my nails and toes done for Fourth of July! They did an awesome job. I love the shape and color and they really took their time putting on my glitter stars. I would definitely recommend this place.

First time here and I got to say my experience here was just unbelievable! The kind of work done on my nails were just stunning! honestly couldnt believe I paid to get this kind of work! The nail tech did such a wonderful job! Each one of my nails were even and pretty. The designs I asked her to do were so detail that I couldnt believe she did it 10 times. I highly recommend coming here! The amount of work put into their services is just amazing!

Loved it here! It was easy to get in, and the lady who did my manicure took her time and let me relax. She did Christmas theme on my nail art snow flakes and she wiped the first one off after all the work because she messed it up. I was impressed she did not just try to go with it after the time she put in. When I told them I wanted a wax as well they happily accommodated me. When I noticed one of my nails was smudged they gladly fixed it without making me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Really pleased with my results, felt like they take pride in their work. Will be going back as it’s located near my home.

The staff here really is as amazing as everyone says. The staff understands that if theyre nice to their customers then their customers will come back. They speak better English than any salon Ive been to, they are very communicative and attentive and even offered me bottles water.Their prices are also very reasonable with a variety of services offered. I just moved into town and will be using this salon exclusively from now on!

I was searching for a new nail salon closer to home in Steiner Ranch. I am so glad I found Diamond Nails. I had a pedi today and it was the best I have ever had. She used warm stones on my legs, massaged my legs longer than previous salons. She did a great job on everything. I will definitely be going back.

This nail salon was super nice. I had been to many nail salons and this one was the best one. The salon was nice and super clean. They cleaned up everything after every client. Their staffs were super nice too. They were friendly and helpful. Last time, I didnt know exactly what I need, just walked in and did mani and pedicure. They also suggested me to get a full set pink and white. I was so love it. It looked so nice. Definitely I will recommend this place for anybody.

I love getting my nails done here! The customer service is amazing, they will treat you like family, and make you feel so relaxed while getting a your nails done!

Went in for a shellac manicure, and the lady that did my nails was terrible. She was in such a hurry, she didn’t let the acetone soak long enough before she started scraping the polish off. She was so rough and didn’t even know how to do basic nail filing. I had to do my own filing and by the time she finished with trimming my cuticles, it looked worse than when she started. She finally had the manager/owner polish my nails, and she was rude. Glad I never have to go back there again.

Just got my nails done & the person who did my nails she seem to be in a hurry and not only that she was very rough, rude, unprofessional and very discriminative. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN TO THIS PLACE I WOULD RATHER MAKE A DRIVE SOMEWHERE EISE. Once again very rude, unapologetic, maybe this review and other previous reviews might just change her behavior and her service towards other clients.

A very rude rude place the girls are very nasty on top very nasty and their language about you I know how to speak Chinese and Vietnamese I was surprised at the things they said and made in front of customers I will make sure that all my friends in Steiner Ranch find out just how terrible this place is I will never go back and I will do my best to tell everybody not to go back to that place needs a lot of work

Worst customer service I’ve ever gotten in my life very judgmental on how long I wanted my nails they broke the very same day I went back to get them fixed and once again one lady said “oh it’s because they’re to long” I’ve had long nails all my life that’s my personal preference
