I stayed at one of their properties in Austin, TX where I found quarters in one bed and dirty socks in the other. Which means the bed linens were never changed.When I reached out to the “host” this was their response.“It’s far more likely that this wasn’t a dirty bed before your family’s arrival, but rather these things made there way to the bed during the stay”They never accepted responsibility, barely agreed to have it cleaned, and refused to refund even the cleaning fee.They’re a company with over 27 units. If you’re looking for a peer to peer experience this isn’t it.They’re like the wal-mart of Airbnb, but with even worse customer service.
