Had a cool experience. We cooked some and put the rest in the freezer!!! I loved the Quality Control joke. The cook is always depleting the sausage supply tasting way too much........but I understand now that its Quality Control!!!!! 😂😂😂😂😂

Great jalapeño and cheddar sausage! My boss is from St. Louis and loves to BBQ. He told me about it and we stopped and picked some up. Now...I have to pick some up for the two of us every time he comes to town. He even has me freeze several packages so he can take some home with him! I highly recommend this place!

I stopped by here to get an assortment of sausages to try out, based on the word-of-mouth about this place. I purchased the following: Beef “Austin Hot Sausage”, Pork and Beef Sausage, Hot Hickory Smoked Sausage, and Smoked Jalapeno Sausage. We had family over and I polled everyone on which they like best. Everyone unanimously agreed it was great sausage! They also agreed the Pork and Beef Sausage was their least favorite, it just really didnt have much spice or flavor. If you dont like spicy food, you would like the Pork and Beef, but I prefer the spicier varieties we purchased. We will definitely be back again and would highly recommend this place.

Some of the best sausage in Austin. They make sausage for some of the best barbecue joints in Austin. I really enjoy their seasonings as well. They also have things like brisket and mutton for sale to. Go here! I will be going back soon.
