The only downside I have found is that I wish we could train even more often! :)Master Mike’s straightforward, open, and genuine approach easily makes anyone feel right at home from the first session, while also keeping students motivated to do their best. He is excellent teaching the context and reasoning behind the forms, is open to questions, and very clear on the expectations of respect for all members of the school.I look forward to every class; no matter how tiring the day before it had been, I come out with a fresh, renewed, and energized outlook, ready for what is to come next.

I have been learning under Master Mike for 15 years. After moving out of state, or being away for injuries, I always come back because of a few simple things that mean a lot to me. Mike is an outstanding human being that loves his students and is always there to listen when things are not going my way. His dedication to Shaolin do and his own practice is 2nd to none. And he makes training fun and enjoyable, while also working your tail off. I could not give another human being a higher mark than Master Mike. Come give it a try, you wont regret it!

I’ve never studied martial arts before, and after only a month of classes, I’m hooked. Master Mike is an excellent teacher and is very patient and encouraging with both adults and children alike. There’s a great sense of community among the students of all ages.

Outstanding environment for learning Tai Chi or Kung Fu, or better yet, learning both together. Highly recommend Sifu Mike.

One of the best decisions Ive made to this point. Sifu is very engaging and knowledgeable of the craft, the classes are stress free and everyone works together to bring out the best in us. Dont just take my word for it. Come and take a few free lessons and I guarantee you, itll be worth the time. Did I mention he gives a month free with uniform. It gets no better than this. 1 month free and a Tai Chi uniform, this is a GREAT DEAL. You can afford it and if theres a challenge your dealing with, Sufi Mike will bend backwards and some for you to make sure you get all the benefits of Tai Chi and Kung Fu. Dont hesitate and miss out on a BLESSINGS. Just some of the benefits I have experienced up to this point. Less stressful, circulation through my body has gotten better. I used to have poor circulation and thanks to Sifu Mike, no more problems.Thank youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu SIFU for your patience and kindness!
