June 7, 2019 @ 0945amDriving South on Interstate 35, my wife and I witnessed the driver of a blue Chevy truck with your business info on the drivers side door, make multiple, very poor & unsafe driving decisions. AKA road rage against another vehicle.This reflects very poorly on your business. If you can’t control your temper while driving down a road, one would wonder how you interact with customers.

As a neighbor to one of your clients for just over 2 years. Ive seen your work, you mow the lawn way too short! You repeatedly come back to mow the dry dirt and have a dirt cloud flying all over. The lawn looks terrible all summer long! It takes you and the female on riding lawnmowers about 10 mins at most! You dont respect property lines either, if you have to mow around a bush get off the rider and mow it by hand! I dont appreciate you hacking my lawn edge!!! We have told you many times not to mow past the property line, but you still do it cause you cant get off the rider obviously! The snow removal, at 2:00am??? really!!! The last time you came to the neighbors you woke us out of a sound sleep at 2 am theres a noise ordinance in Austin FYI its 11pm-8am thank you! I think the next time you try that I should call the police, wait...youll be done before they get here! Your snow removal team just left the neighbors as I was watching out the window. SLOW DOWN!!!! Theres no way that truck could stop for a small child or a vehicle they didnt see coming! You pulled up and let 2 men out to shovel, while you waited in the middle of the road in your truck. I watched the cars stopping to pass you and the other black truck plowing. When the guy driving the black truck stopped the other drivers were able to weave past you two....be respectful of other drivers and get out of the way!!!

Best dang lawn care service ever. They are good at what they do!

Horrible service. After it snowed i waited days for him to come and clean snow from property. Finally i had to call and ask why i wasnt getting service. Finally came and then left before even finishing the job. Had to call him AGAIN the next day asking when he was going to finish the job.

Worst customer service I have ever got.
