Horrible customer service. I brought my clothes in during the day to get washed and folded. I go at night to pick them up, the lady told me that she was not going to give me my things she had not folded them. Then proceeds to tell me she was not going to do it even though they were open for three more hours and that I can pick my things up tomorrow. That would’ve been fine had I not been going out of town the next day and I tried to explain that to her and she shrugged and said I can’t give them to you. So this woman tried to keep my belongings from me. THEN they try to charge me full price for a service that was not completed. I finally get someone higher up on the phone after trying for a while and she tries to convince me to pay $20 of my total, $31.39 why would I pay $20 for a service I could’ve done myself for $7 all of my dresses all of my blouses were wrinkled for my business meeting. Worst service ever will never go back. Instead of letting these people keep my clothes I ended up having to pay $20 for someone to was and dry my clothes and leave them in a basket to wrinkle. I had to buy a steamer for my clothes just to get on the plane this afternoon. Thanks spincycle....***Ive used this place several times before and the service has definitely continued to get worse and worse. I 100% recommend the spin zone off William Cannon if you need a wash and fold

There is not a single employee to ask them to help! The washer where I have my clothes broke down midway called the number they have for complaints etc… No answer!!!

Nice. Same washers & dryers as the Ultra-Modern SpinZones have.Even the 5g WiFi runs at above average up & down bandwidths, way convenient. Oddly, WiFi access is required in Our Society & Our Communities; Spin Cycle exceeds expectation!I had been anxious about using Older Machines; the concerns where wasted energy...Dont imagine Id gone as far as mentally picturing a 70s setup though I prematurely believed–falsely–that Spin Cycle wouldnt approach a SpinZone. I usually like this place very much, but today they had some kind of water leak, and the entire floor was covered with water. Im glad it happened before I brought my laundry in. Now Im going to another laundromat.

Very dirty, the vending Machine was broken.

I always use this washing site. Its a good place to get in and out. I would recommend this site.

Actually I had just found it the last day I needed a spin cycle. But this place is very convenient,cheap on the washers and dryers. But especially clean. And has lots of dryers and washers. It was awesome. But at least I know its close by my house.

Pretty clean - theyre always working on keeping it nice. Its a laundromat, nothing fancy but it gets the job done. The prices are decent as well.Normally we wouldnt use a laundromat but when are wash machine died we found ourselves needing to do laundry fast and this worked in a jiffy!

Its relatively clean, however I wish they took credit cards. They only use quarters. It would make it much more convenient if you could swipe your card like most modern laundromats. However, the cashier is very helpful and friendly.

This company routinely dumps chemical waste into the adjacent creek by my moms house. She has cancer. The smell is awful and it is a health hazard for the people and wildlife who live in this neighborhood. This company should be shut down and replaced with one that doesnt break the law and endanger others.Photos are from October 2018

For a laundromat, which is just not one of my favorite experiences, I really like this one. I go at off peak times and there are always open machines. They have a large variety of machines at different prices. There are plenty of carts to roll my stuff over to the dryers. And I have always been able to find a table to fold up clothes. I definitely have been pan-handled and saw the cops called for a lady yelling into a machine for stealing her money...but it IS South Austin:) The staff is always friendly and helpful and working to keep the facility tidy. Bring quarters or cash to use in their change machine!

I went at off peak hours. I counted 12 non working machines. There was someone there repairing them. The AC kept the place comfortable during my wait.I was a bit turned off by the two roaches I saw crawling around near me😑. The money change machines worked fine. My clothes came out of all four of my washes fine. Staff seems neutral. Inside store was tidy. Could be cleaner and updated. Two good sized tv with news running. My least favorite thing to watch on tv😑.Ceiling fans keeping airflow steady.

Cool and comfortable air. Family friendly. Everything is neat and clean.

The bathrooms were very clean considering how busy it was and there was no wait for getting a washer and dryer. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This place continues to dump their waster water into Williamson Creek. Theyre already being investigated by city officials.From a neighbor: Washateria’s overflow gets clogged and it seems like they won’t pay to fix the drain pipe- it’s probably really old and requires more than just a plumber to snake it out. But that’s all they do and so it keeps overflowing 😡For the past week there has been putrid, rancid, grey water running down the creek that runs behind my house. It smells like rotten laundry detergent. I called the watershed emergency line a couple of days ago and the detective said this was a repeat occurrence with the Washateria that is on Stassney& S. 1st. I called again today because the smelly water is still there! Photos are from today 5/27/18 4:30pm

5.75 for a large wash and 1.75 to dry, seems kinds pricey but it worked
