I love this place! I have been a customer since before living in Austin. When they opened, I didn’t hesitate a second to come back. The place is always immaculate and the girls are always so supportive and nice. Kat was my last technician and she is great! The one before my last appointment was also great (I didn’t get her name!). Overall, great products, great technicians, and great environment. I have always recommend it to all my girlfriends!

This was my first time doing laser hair removal. Process was quick, smooth, and professional. Amenities and business is clean and up to date. The staff was very courteous and made the experience a lot better. Would definitely recommend!

The salon was so clean and pretty on the inside!!! Super chic I loved the vibe! More than that, I love the girls working there. They were professional and friendly and made me feel so comfortable! The whole experience was incredible I couldn’t even believe how pain free the laser treatment was! I was really nervous but then she started on my armpits and I laughed because I thought she was messing with me by not starting the treatment but she told me she had done it 2 times! I have a very low pain tolerance which is why I was nervous but I’m not kidding it was completely pain free. Seriously GO TO SEV!!! They’re amazing & their prices are so affordable! (They have buy 5 sessions get your 6th free!)

Availability is a bit booked out, but totally worth the wait. Quick in and out appointment at their chic downtown Austin location. I was very worried about the awkwardness, but the tech was warm and friendly and made the experience awesome!Cant wait for my next session.

I’ve been getting laser hair removal for a few months now for my underarms/Brazilian/ and now full legs and I’m a happy girl. Very minimal pain, and it goes by really fast. At first it’s a little uncomfortable baring your all (intimate parts) when getting laser, but Lexi (my tech) makes you comfortable and talks to you throughout which makes it go by faster and gets your mind off the fact someone’s face and hands other than your doctors is in your (intimate) areas. I would suggest laser hair removal to anyone, and if you go to Sev ask for Lexi. She’s a gem.

I cannot recommend sev laser enough! After 6 treatments the hair under my arms has completely stopped growing! So happy with the results. The staff is really friendly, knowledgeable, and does everything they can to make you comfortable. Ive been to six sessions for two small areas and each session is super fast and the pain is pretty tolerable. I cant wait to continue laser services with them!

Their lasers work amazingly well and the staff is great. I had laser hair removal years ago at a different company and it didnt work for me. The Sev lasers worked fantastic for my underarms and bikini line. Highly recommend and I wish theyd open a location in the Domain! And a big bonus...they validate parking.

The staff is always courteous, friendly, and just amazing really. The sessions are always on time or a few minutes early if you’re there and they’re available already as well as quick. They always make sure to review your progress before getting started as well asking for any concerns and questions. The sessions are painless and they ask throughout the process in case there’s anything wrong or uncomfortable. I love that. It makes me feel open to say what I’m thinking comfortably. Everything from beginning to end is such a great experience and I am glad that I’ve chosen them for these services.

I have been to four different places to get laser hair removal and SEV is by far the best experience. It has a spa-like experience for a fraction of the price. They have some great deals right now. The actual laser process was painless. They have some of the best machines that leave me feeling good after leaving! I love everyone who works there!

I am loving Sev Laser. The laser seems to be very efficacious and the facilities are clean and sterile but also lovely. Wish there was more time for bookings but I assume they are booked to the brim (no surprise since they are so great). 5 stars. xx

I LOVE THIS PLACE...... the service is amazing! the vibe is great. I love how well everyone treats you from the receptionist to the tech. Ive actually gone to a couple of their locations. I lived in NYC and went to them, then moved to TX and there wasnt a location in Austin so I would literally drive to the Dallas location to get my work done. Needless to say I am very happy that there is one open here in Austin finally!!!! Seriously book it if youre thinking about it. Theres value in the service and hands down one of the best people I have had the pleasure of working with.

As a first time laser hair removal customer, I could not have more positive things to say about SEV laser! The front desk staff is nice, the facility is clean, the laser technology is painless, there is little to no wait time, and I appreciate their strict adherence to COVID protocols.One thing I will mention is that appointment slots are typically only 5-10 minutes long (depending on the size of the area you are treating) so you MUST show up early or on time. I have seen people get into arguments with the front desk staff over this policy and demand their money back to no avail. Therefore, if you are running late you may as well call to reschedule otherwise you will not be seen. However, the front desk staff is extremely accommodating and I was even able to reschedule for a same day appointment at a later time.

I scheduled with Aubrey and the whole process went smoothly. Aubrey answered all my question and even help me with where to park and how toGet to the store front. I highly recommend sev to anyone that wants great customer service and techs that care.

Bought a series of treatments as a gift for my partner, but I should have read their negative reviews on other platforms besides Google. The customer service is lacking and there is no room for accommodation to first time customers. The locations address posted is purposefully incorrect per the front desk which made for just the start of a bad experience- that they had no sympathy or apology for. This is a chain company and it shows in any interaction with their employees.
