I took my Rolex watch to Korman Fine Jewelry for its first ever cleaning and repair. Although it took a few weeks, the work was able to be done in house by a certified Rolex repair person. I greatly appreciated it not having to be shipped to a far away destination. I picked the watch up this afternoon and was beyond pleased! It was beautiful! Looked like the day I first received this very treasured gift! The craftsmanship was excellent including a new crystal, crown, and case tube. It was ensured pressure proof and refinished. Whatever was causing a rattle is now gone. I highly recommend Korman for your Rolex care. Their customer service is outstanding and make sure you browse their stunning jewelry collection while you’re there!

My love for watches started a few years ago when my grandfather gave me his 1969 Rolex day-date. Korman helped me send it in to Switzerland for service and it was returned to me as if it was brand new. Since then, Korman has been my go-to shop for all things watches. I was thinking about a particular piece for about a week and called to ask if they could hold it for me for a couple days. I wasnt really jewelry shopping at the time, so I decided to check out two competitors to gauge the deal I was getting. The piece I liked was competitively priced and perfectly aligned with market values. I had seen smaller rings for a lower price in the area, but none were as big and beautiful as the rings at Kormans. Korman Fine Jewelry is an excellent place to shop for diamonds. My wife and I found and purchased our wedding rings here—Josh was a patient and knowledgable jeweler and helped us discover the perfect pair of bands. When we picked everything up a few weeks later, Griffin served us champagne, let me try on watches I can no longer afford, and cleaned the rings, sharing both warmth and humor during an exciting moment for us. As an added bonus, Korman retains a sense of class and dignity without being stuffy, a welcome respite compared to those awful places on 5th Avenue in Manhattan. All in all, we are very happy with our experience.

The salesman Cristóbal from Korman fine Jewlers went above and beyond to educate me and show me all the wonderful pieces they carry. When I first went here with my partner, we had a terrific experience and ended up buying multiple pieces of jewelry. When I went back by myself, the individual on the floor helping me was completely rude and condescending. I was looking to have an anklet made of rose gold and blue sapphires and he literally mocked me, saying they dont get many people looking for something as trivial as an anklet. He actually laughed at me. Audibly laughed in my face. I explained to him that I was willing to pay top dollar, and yet he continued to mock me and make snide remarks. He also continuously called me sweetie as if I were a child playing dress-up. I dont know if it was because I may look young (when he himself was around my age) or because I am a female, but either way it was completely inappropriate. I left the store in tears. Will never go back to a place that doesnt respect me or my business.tl;dr: Completely disrespected by a young male employee who perceived me as a young female without means looking to buy something trivial (as he put it) despite the fact that I wanted to custom make the piece and was fully willing and ready to pay top dollar.

I have wanted an Omega watch for years and finally decided to splurge. I visited Korman’s Jewelry to look at my options and met Eric Fruend. He was very friendly, incredibly knowledgeable about their wares, and easy to talk to. They didn’t have the exact watch I was looking for in the store but Eric showed me the same model with a different colored dial. I tried it on to get a feel for the size, weight, and fit and knew it was the watch for me (Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra). Eric immediately ordered one watch with the black dial and one with the grey/green dial since I couldn’t decide between the two and texted me to confirm. He texted me again when they arrived in the store several days later. I saw them both in person and fell in love with the uniqueness of the grey/green dial. I am in love my handsome new Omega watch and I am wearing it every day. Ive have always wanted a Rolex Milgauss since I was alittle kid, but now as an adult I was never able to pull the trigger on one. (Mainly because other stores were too pushing and fighting for commission.) I have been in this store several times and have bought other fine jewelry from them but never a Rolex. Their staff has always been top notch including the fine Officers working there who are always friendly. The other day I went in and Brooke was their helping me, we started talking and she was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. She was very knowledgeable and genuinely great to deal with.
