I just got my eyebrows threaded by the same lady whos done them before. Ive been here a handful of times, usually she does a OK job. This last time was HORRIBLE. She was so ROUGH!!!!!!! Ive NEVER bleed when getting my eyebrows threaded EVER. Idk if she was mad or what but she was being very aggressive. NEVER COMING BACK!!!!!

Love her job. She is really good on was she does. Highly recommend. She can give a good design on your eyebrows. Also, her henna tattoos look beautiful.

The lady was very very nice. So the rating was excellent in service. However, she left my eyebrows looking very different. One eyebrow was an absolutely perfect curve. The other eyebrow was very boxy so now I look lopsided. I’m sad. I always need my eyebrows to be perfect. :(

I’ve gave this place plenty of chances, and I made a mistake each time coming back, but this time was AWFULLLLLLLL. They over thread your brows. Completing taking the tail off and making them SUPER THIN. (Also the lady who threaded me was extremely rough. Threading has never hurt so bad before.) I am looking in the mirror almost in tears with how thin they got them this time. This is so embarrassing. They look like sharpie lines. I’m almost too embarrassed to go to work and show my face looking like this. cannot wait for my brows to grow back and just travel to my usual threading lady in San Marcos.

Horrid. Whoever was working before noon today ruined my brow shape. I asked for a low arch that was straight at the bottom. I did NOT get that. What I got was one decent brow and the other just a boxy mess. I got up and told her one brow was too thick. She tells me that my brows are “too thick”. I’ve never heard of that being a problem before.She told me to sit like 3x while I was explaining what she needed to fix. I sat back down and two seconds later she was done. She hardly fixed the brow. Brows are sisters not twins, well hunty, these brows were third cousins. I just looked in the mirror and left because I didn’t feel like putting up a fight. Maybe if she took time instead of trying to service as many people as possible she can improve in her technique. She took the tail of my brow off as well. AND she didn’t stop to sanitize her hands between clients. DISGUSTING. I would post a picture but I trimmed them trying to fix the mistake. Oh and it reeked.

WOW! I had an excellent experience. I usually don’t do reviews but they deserve it. I had called about 30 min before closing to make sure they would be open. The owner was very kind and had them stay open till I could arrive. And the lady who did my brows (I wish I had gotten her name!!) did the best job ever. Seriously. She was gentle but made them look very nice. I will most definitely be recommending them to everyone and going back!! :) great job!

For as long as I can remember, everyone compliments my eyebrows. Ive been going here for the last few months and Ive gotten even more compliments than usual. They thread, its very painless, and they always do an awesome job. Pictured are my natural brows.

After they did a bad job on my face. There were hair left on my chin and upper lip. The person was wearing a glass and could not see properly while threading. She also made a bruise while threading. I called them to let them know about this. But their customer service was so bad! She was very rude to me and hung the phone on my face saying she was busy!!!! I couldnt not even talk properly. I felt pathetic!!

Visiting out of town and stopped at this place to get my brows threaded and she snatched them the shape is amazing.

They do really nicely and dont hurt you. Really clean and looks nicely done. I really recomend it.

They were incredibly gentle and kind. They do a great job with my eyebrows every time I stop by.

She carelessly did my eyebrows. I told her she took my entire tail off and she didn’t care. I went in with full thick eyebrows that I grew out... Now I have to grow them again. She also didn’t clean them up all the way. Super disappointed WONT be going back.Also it was super hot in the shop.

The best place to get your eyebrows done! So CHEAP too!!! I highly recommend! For $25 you can do your whole face!

LITERALLY THE BEST PLACE TO GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE.If you care about your eyebrows go here!I found this place due to a coworker, and her beautiful eyebrows and she suggested this place and I have been going here ever since.I no longer live within this area, and I still manage to travel here to get my eyebrows done.I usually only go when Mamta is working-I believe that is her name. She just sculpts and tints my brows the way I would do it if I could!Best place! All the ladies are sweet and skilled- but request Mamta if you can!

Honestly was awful.. from the moment I walked in her attitude was rude. I asked for eyebrow wax and tint and she said it wasn’t available, only threading so I agreed and she told me to just sit in the first chair. So I sat down and she waits like two minutes to get up (just sat there on her phone like I wasn’t a priority) then finally got up and just told me to lay back then nudged my head back to start threading, I mentioned to her I didn’t want them thin just shape it up. Before she even started I noticed she took the thread off by using her mouth, everything was just so unprofessional.. when my eyebrows were finished, they were just as thin as hers and she had to nerve to say they looked better. at the end of her service she just sat there and waited, Didn’t even tell me my total, at that point I just paid and walked out. Never again ! P.S Sorry If I was all Over the place with my review, Im writing this literally as soon as I got in my car. Save your gas and just find somewhere else

I called to verify what time they close and the woman told me 8pm. I arrived at 7:51 and I just wanted my eyebrows threaded. I called and asked where they were and she told me they close 5min earlier” I again told her it was 7:51 and I was out then she said “ok we sometimes close 10 min early” and hung up. Terrible customers service! Other locations in Austin that would rather treat you so much better.

Such a poor customer service. Lady was very rude. She understood our language but pretended not to understand it. She misbehaved with us.

Ive been looking for a place to do my threaded eyebrows and found a great place here at Art of Brown Austin #2. My eyebrows look great and my first time getting henna work was fun looks beautiful!

This place is horrible. Went here because it had such good reviews and my eyebrows have never looked so awful. I am super blonde and they made my eyebrows so thin that it looks like I dont have any anymore. I will never be back here ever again.

Rashana is awesome! I go to the one in Fiesta on south 35 but the place is so clean and blocked off with privacy. I always know when Rashana is there I will come out with nice, full looking eyebrows that look professional. Not to mention their amazing prices!

I wouldnt even give this place 1 star... Specifically told her before she started that I wanted her to leave my eyebrows thick. Ive been growing them out for about 4 months in order to reshape them and make them thicker just so in 5 to 10 minutes she could ruin them. She made them way too thin then had the nerve to tell me my eyebrows arent the same. Ahhh duh no ones eyebrows are symmetrical... Never again, I will stick to Seva at the Parmer Walmart. Now it looks like my eyebrows are drawn on with a sharpie marker!!!!

Her prices are soooo affordable and her skills to the maxx. It does not hurt a single bit when she does mind eyebrows. She is amazing . They have 2 location in north Austin and 1 in south inside of fiesta mart south Austin . Her business are safe ,clean, private and very professional . She only charge $7. She does them besttttt.
