A very nice co working facility. All you need for personal working space. Good for 1-3 people meetings. For larger meetings or screen content being displayed on projectors I recommend more privacy walls for some of the conf rooms. Nice staff :) convenient location.

After spending some time in this location, Id have to recommend another if you have IBS or other conditions requiring access to a restroom - the mens room is generally unavailable during lunch and afternoon hours without a very long wait, usually because they are being cleaned right in the middle of the busiest time period.

Great space for work or meetings with fabulous views and amenities! But dont bring your car. There are no good parking options. The garage is $30+ for just a few hours and of course, street parking is nearly impossible in downtown Austin.

I just completed the tour trip; Costa Rica extended for 9 days and 8 nights. The people I meet in the group were awesome and at the end of the trip we all became great friend. The communities we visited were also superb. Its great seeing how almost everyone knew each other there. Our tour guide, Tete, was amazing. She had great knowledge of the communities, good leadership skills; looking after the group, and super friendly with the community and the group. One of the best tour guides and trips I ever took. Thanks to everyone who made this possible.

Pretty good sense of community. Always something interesting happenings and socials. I even hosted a happy there for my business. Bring a set of headphones or earbuds if you plan on working at the hot desk or common area as it can get pretty noisy. People dont make so much noise during regular work hours but Id get annoyed when people would drag chairs instead of picking them up because it created the noisiest and biggest distractions. So the two months I spent there were intentional with the purpose of meeting more people and networking with tech savvy entrepreneurs and professionals. I had been working on my own and it was nice to be around people for a change. I was able to do that, get help setting up my website, and host a happy hour myself. I also took advantage of the start up happy hours and launch parties, business info sessions, free food and tea, phone booths for private calls, and office supplies which was nice.

Ive visited here a couple times. It seems like they have very nice facilities. I work from home and it would be nice to go to a place like this. But its two or more people in a company. Im on my own.

I wanted to take a moment to shout out Maddie Rish, the Community Lead at this WeWork. After communicating our frustrations around changes to parking that was beyond her control, she went above and beyond to ensure our group was taken care of today. I really appreciate how she approached this situation and made the Xero team feel like we were being listened to and our feedback was valued. Thanks, Maddie. WeWork, you have a diamond in this team member.

My months working here were great. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they really make an emphasis on creating a community among the folks who use their space for work. The spaces were clean, comfortable, and a good place to be productive. There were occasionally restroom maintenance issues that kept this place from being perfect for me.

Wow, this place was so cool. Attended a meeting there with Sourced, and got to see a bit of the space. Lots of room for people to collaborate whole still offering private areas for solo work and rentable meeting rooms. Totally open concept, lots going on, but I never felt overwhelmed or claustrophobic.Only complaint that I had was that every door handle was different, and some were confusing to operate. I know that sounds silly, and Im sure if I was there daily it wouldnt be an issue, but it was strange.

The staff is amazing, but the space is so loud. The conference rooms are also very loud, everytime I have a meeting in a wework conference room I walk away stressed and feeling like I missed a lot of important information. I cant imagine I would be productive in that environment.

I went to visit a multi-national charity exec, who is an acquaintance of mine. The office was clean and bright and had lots of nooks and crannies for work, as well as offices. The floor I visited had a snack/drinks bar which anyone can visit. So this is how people work nowadays...

This is my absolute favorite weWork location. I love the staff (thanks staff). Its always clean and with my headphones I dont hear the noise some complain about. They have a beautiful terrace. Id keep coming here for that alone :). The best weWork location in town imo.

Well-decorated and staffed. Polite tenants and lots of reserveable private space. Unfortunately, not enough toilets (some toilets out of order for months), and the trash is not taken out often enough.

No privacy, noisy, totally inadequate number of bathrooms. Yes its gross but I waste a half hour a day here looking for a bathroom that is free.

The staff here at this weworks location sucks. Very unprofessional. This lady took my parking ticket and supposed to validate it with the company I went to visit. Instead she lost it and asks me to go all the way down 14 floors and get a alternate lost my ticket stub. All she has to was to validate and I had to go thru couple of people to find it. It should have been here - is the response I got. Its less than 4 hours I was there. She does not even care to apologize but expect me to come back with alternate ticket from garage. Acts as if its no body business. Thats the only task they had to do and they screw it. Unprofessional. Unsensible. I had to pay 30 bucks for her mistake. Weworks doesnt have a number that you can reach out and talk to someone about these issues.

I cowork here everyday now and it is great. I have a dedicated desk and everyone around me is nice and fun to be around. It is never overtly loud, but I have noise canceling headphones to keep me in the zone when I want to be. It would be five stars of they didnt run out of beer and nitro coffee occasionally. Plus I only have Linux computers and I havent been able to get their printing system to work yet.

Busy. Busy. Busy. Great for networking, often happy hour gatherings, but first level can get noisy, good thing they have two more floors to choose from. More pricey, and the require auto draft for monthly dues.

Great place to work away from home! The only draw back is that the hot desk area seems to be getting nosier and nosier and folks are taking phone calls at the tables and holding lengthly loud conversations at the tables instead of booths or conference rooms... so bring a good set of headphones. Otherwise I love the events, and the services that are offered.

Very good work place in downtown Austin. Just too crowded and they arent cleaning restrooms on time.

Review №34

Awesome place to work. The common areas are great, and the offices are really big. Its expensive, but the location and the amenities are really great. They have lots of events too.My only concern is with the A/C, you really dont have control on the temperature in your office and its reaaaallly cold. You see people with heaters and blankets, that should give the management something to think about... That loses it one star.

Grossly mismanaged for a WeWork space. Young, inconsiderate, impressively insolent staff incapable of maintaining or cultivating professional relationships. Require multiple reminders for community goodwill service requests such as no paper towels in 15th floor womens restroom, no soap, no tea. Or hey all the trash cans are overflowing with garbage. A lot of socializing and wildly inappropriate behavior for a space such as this. Neglect of patrons to a discriminatory degree, and when reached out to for triage or support, lack actionable thinking. Disappointed. Overly casual, disingenuine friendliness to the point of absurdity and inefficiency. Do not reccomend, and in fact reccomend disenfranchisement. Place is decorated in a Wes Anderson film insignia though, which is cool.
