Had the pleasure of spending a bit of time with 71Xsuites and have been really impressed with their facility. Very progressive with technology, and accommodating to business executives and entrepreneurs like myself. They have a solid, welcoming staff. 71X is a good addition to a growing community in Southwest Austin. I would highly recommend a tour.

Ive been working with both Yi & Bill for several months now and really appreciate what theyre doing with the space. 71Xsuites is located in Southwest Austin, so if youre looking for office space right downtown this isnt the place. But if youre looking for a workspace close to Dripping Springs, Lakeway, Bee Cave, etc. I highly recommend checking out the space! Plenty of top tier amenities and conveniently located.

Quick summary -- the 71X Suites are a great place to work!Finding an executive-style office space that is luxurious, spacious, and has open-style co-working and shared spaces is difficult. Making sure the space is reasonably priced (with room to grow) is especially difficult.As an eight-person startup company whose team members live south of the river (near downtown) and west of Mopac, we were all tired of fighting traffic and paying $$ to work in downtown Austin. The location and build-out of the 71X Suites met all of our needs.Everyone on the team has a reverse commute (no more than 15-20 minutes even with traffic). The offices are bright with high ceilings and finished with beautiful doors and floor-to-ceiling windows. All the doors are secured by badges and the landlord allowed us to set up a dedicated firewall so our office is on its own secure network. The co-working space is awesome -- an expensive cappuccino machine and classy kitchen and shared spaces for conferences and hanging out with co-workers. Finally, theres an excellent steak/seafood place next door that makes entertaining customers and guests easy.Oh, and the folks who run the place are great!

I am using a small office instead of working from home all the time. Cold not be happier with my decision. Looked around for a while for a good place. Nothing around compares to the quality of this office. High end everything and friendly people running it.
